Dont do it! I had this company do a major bathroom renovation. The job doubled in budget and took 3 times as long to finish as quoted due to all the problems THEY caused doing the job. They created a 3 foot hole on bathroom floor/dining room ceiling from something falling through, broke a pipe in wall and caused water damage to ceiling (and never notified me- i had to discover the stains and contact them, as they were trying to get final check out of me), poor grout job (entire walk in shower) that had to be re done, bad paint job that had to be fixed, improperly installed fixtures that has to be corrected, etc...
It was one thing after another. They pulled their A squad to do another job right after starting job, and had a bunch of yahoos working here with very little presence by owners. I was made to feel like i was being picky when i contacted them regarding issues caused by the crew...issues that were obvious to the naked eye.
When i contacted owner recently regarding crumbling and cracked grout in multiple places, as well as water stains reapppearing from when pipe was broken, i was told they no longer do this work, wasnt their problem and to call someone else. ??? I could see if the job was years ago, but they didnt finish job until last february and they have such faith in their work, that they refuse even honor their work? When i was told repeatedly i had a year to contact them. I guess $20,000 doesn't get you much anymore, especially integrity and a conscience. read more
