Today was my first and last time ordering from this place. I spent over $40 on a meal that included plain fried rice, ham fried rice, an egg roll, and boneless rib tips. Both rice dishes were overcooked--the plain fried rice was bland and mushy, while the ham fried rice tasted old and lacked bean sprouts. The rib tips were tough to chew, and the only decent item was the egg roll. Unfortunately, I used Uber eats and didn't leave near the restaurant. AWFUL Pepper Steak: - mostly onions that are cut in thin slices and so overcooked -mushy! - wasn't much steak either, I had to sift thru all the mushy onions to get to the meat, which wasn't very good either. - the dish was also devoid of any sauce which I usually drizzle over my rice. - don't expect a medley of pepper colors, only green peppers (least they not overcooked). - the rice was also mushy/overcooked! First time trying Best Wok, Parma. I'm glad I did. Food was very good. I bought a variety of things to try. I bought the lunch special, $7.95 for veggies and fried rice and added on wonton soup for 75 cents. I also tried a spring roll and egg roll. The veggies and fried rice was delicious and a good portion for the price. The egg roll was pretty good, I wouldn't get the spring roll again. The wonton soup had a good flavor but the noodles had beef instead of pork. I prefer the pork but it wasn't bad, it was ok. I will definitely be back. read more

Due to Covid Best Wok is only doing orders for take out. I used the Yelp app to order my meal for pick up since I live right around the corner. If you order through the Yelp app you will have the option of picking up or getting your meal delivered through grub hub. It was a smooth and easy process. I showed up at the suggested time to pick up my food and was able to walk in and grab it within seconds. If you're looking for something quick, affordable and a large amount of food then I would recommend going to Best Wok. Prompt service on a busy Friday night. I got the Roast Pork with Mushrooms and it's delicious. I waited maybe ten minutes. My drive home was longer!! The white rice is seriously delicious all by itself. Something I have never said with any takeout Chinese food ever before. Tender pork, lots of mushrooms and other tasty veggies. This was my first time eating here and I will definitely be coming back! I ordered crab ragoons and the four seasons which is shrimp, beef and chicken with grilled vegetables and white rice. It took about 15 minutes to cook. The crab ragoons were amazing, I couldn't stop eating them! My meal was very good, the meat and fresh vegetables were thick and seasoned perfectly. The sauce it comes in is also very tasty, it adds even more juice and flavoring. Most people seem to do takeout here but they do have tables to sit at. read more

Best Wok seems like it has been here forever. I don't even remember when they first opened, but I've been eating here since I was a teenager. Best Wok has a unique flavor in their fried rice. It's really tasty and is dark in color. On my last visit to Best Wok, I had an egg roll and some chicken fried rice. It was really delicious. My wife ordered BBQ spare ribs, which she absolutely loves, and pork fried rice. This was the first time she has ever eaten here since living in the United States. There are so many restaurants around here that I can spend the rest of my life sampling new food. That's a good thing, right? Anyway, she liked the food and we'll return again. read more

Of all the Chinese take out restaurants in the area, Best Wok is definitely the best. The food is consistent. I always receive the same high quality and friendly service. The staff is open to requests and is willing to modify their dishes as needed. I think their won ton soup is the best around and their combination platters allow for a lot of food for a very small amount of money. I've never eaten inside the restaurant but there are table available and usually a few are taken by dine in customers. I won't get Chinese take out from anywhere else. read more

Okay so I went out on a limb and tried this after reading the excellent reviews and I was let down. I read that it's the "best" ever and sadly it doesn't even fall in the good category. It was your typical Chinese food, typical taste nothing different. The service was fast, the inside is small, the plates are big for the price so that's the upside. It tastes like any other local Chinese place with the disadvantage being they don't deliver. For quick and average Chinese food it's fine. But don't listen to all the hype if you're a true Chinese buff. read more

Parma is seriously lacking in good Chinese options, but Best Wok has been around FOREVER! I remember it opening as a kid, but for some reason, I waited like twenty years before finally checking it out. They have your standard Chinese takeout counter, with several tables if you want to eat in. But let's be honest, you don't come here for the ambiance. You could here for the classic, perfectly greasy takeout. My friend who is vegan loves to come here for the fried rice, which is apparently vegan. I got an egg roll and sweet and sour chicken.
