the worst chinese takeout i have ever tried to consume. i threw out about 90% of this drek posing as food!! the meat was rubbery, bland and borderline inedible!!! the soup was watery. the dumplings in the soup were undercooked! the rice was hard and inconsistent. the vegetables were off color and tasteless!! i will be disputing this order with discover. it was that bad!! horrible, disgusting, tasteless. i could go on and on! do not go to jackie chens chinese food(or whatever this crap is)!!!! additionally, after arriving to pick up the order, after having been advised of a 2o minute wait, we waited an additional 25 minutes for a grand total of 45 minutes!! i will update this order if i am stricken with food poisoning! this psa will conclude with the following warning. based on my experience with this establishment, do not eat here if you are looking for edible and enjoyable chinese food!!!! read more

First time ordering. Went online to order. The Orange Chicken was just labeled as 'Orange'. The description was enticing as it stated... Spicy. A Hunan dish, stir-fried with water chestnuts, seared in an exciting sauce of peel and red chili peppers. Decided to order because I did NOT want the heavy breaded typical Orange chicken. As you can see from the photo I was very disappointed. Also, not a 'Water Chestnut' in sight. Other entre was much better. On the menu as 'Mixed Vegetables'. The disappointment came when the only option to order it was with a protein. Hoped to have just the veggies or perhaps a tofu choice. Reluctantly picked the shrimp as I thought that would be the easiest to pick off and give to my partner. Surprised how nice the shrimp looked. Heard it was cooked perfectly and was tasty. My only other complaint is wide spread with all Asian restaurants... No one uses the fun paper box containers with the wire handles you can dig your chopsticks into. HATE STYROFOAM! Huge portions! Orange chicken has legit orange taste. Garlic chicken not garlicky at all but still very good. Veggies still had crunch texture. I'm pretty sensitive to MSG, and I didn't get any side effects that most Chinese causes. ONLY downside was the crisp deep fried chicken lost its texture because of too much sauce. I've been coming here on and off for at least 10 years. Sure there's been a few misses but, it's a great spot. I miss the sushi tho. Stopped in after a busy day as it's right off 176. They were backed up but, the lady at the counter was as friendly as could be despite the insanity that included multiple carry out orders, and 3 dine in tables. One, dumped a full plate of food on the floor and left it and a cluttered table behind. Zero attempt to clean it up themselves. At least scoop it off the floor ffs!!! I hope they left a decent tip. We ended up trying this out on Friday night. We were slightly worried about the fact that we were the only ones there...but our worries slowly disappeared. The whole time we ate, a slew of people came in and out for take out. Overall, we really liked this place. The food wasn't greasy and the portions were great for what you paid for. One of my favorite Chinese restaurants! The Pad Thai is delicious! Food is always made perfectly.

This review is strictly for their dumplings/potstickers for that's all I ordered on this occasion. At first the taste was good. The size was nice, cause you tend to find small dumplings at other places. The consistency is my issue. The outside looked and felt good and crisp. But after biting into it, i find that the dough is very soggy and kinda just mushes in your fingers. There is also a "liquid" that is inside, presumably the grease from the pork filing.... but it's oddly unsettling. It's probably what is causing the mushy/soggy inner dumpling. Either way, after about two I found myself getting sick of them. Would I eat them again? Maybe if I had a few in me. But I wouldn't go outve my way, nay, in my way to pay for these again. read more

The atmosphere is your usual chinese spot, but its slightly different in the way its presented. Stopped in for lunch with the family today. Interior is nothing to brag about but I imagine their emphasis is more on take out. Started with the Crab Wonton, they were delicious and bit different than the wontons we have had elsewhere, the water chestnuts add a bit of crunch. My husband had the General Chen's chicken. Service is always phenomenal you can order online and have your food waiting for you if you would like to dine in on your lunch break, or carry out etc. The food is fresh, and taste of highest quality. I've been going back and forth to this place for almost 10 years. I probably should have left a good review when the place was decent but, now it has gone way down hill. I ordered the flat noodles and I'm almost positive I got Italian linguine pasta with some sort of bottled asian sauce. Mongolian chicken was supposed to have vegetables, it had 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and prob 1/4cup soggy cabbage. It was super salty & I like salt. Lemon chicken had good sauce but big fried pieces of chicken were old and super dry. We had to throw the food away because it was so awful.
