Don't worry about pronouncing his name, Pshemek (pronounced Sh-mick) is an unbelievable personal trainer and an incredibly nice person. He has trained my mother (55 year old woman) and myself (29 year old male) and we have both had amazing results. One of Pshemek's best qualities (and there are many) as a trainer is specification of exercises that accommodate your body type, age, health, injuries, etc. Some might think he is a bit pricey, but it's definitely true that you get what you pay for with Pshemek. I like spending a bit more and actually getting results rather than throwing money at gyms. Results: My mother now hits her driver 20 yards further than before working out with Pshemek, and I have gone from never doing a single pull-up in my life to doing 5-7 at dead hang and still improving. The gym never gave me arms like this! Exercises never get old with Pshemek and I really enjoy talking to him about whatever is going on in the world and in my life. Did I mention, he was the 1995 North American Amateur Kickboxing Champion and can teach you great self defense tactics as well? Pshemek is awesome!!! I have trained with 5 trainers total but could never push myself to continue after 2 or 3 months. Pshemek is always on time, arrives happy and energetic! What I love about him is that he actually does the work outs with you instead of just watch you do it alone like most trainers. We have fun with a variety of exercises including weights, dumbbells, elastic bands, exercise ball, kick boxing, some yoga, stretching and the list continues. I'm slow with kick boxing but he is always patient and wanted to make sure I got the right form every time. Time flies when you're having fun - I don't dread exercising like before. Trainers can be intimidating but Pshemek is not, he is personable and encouraging which makes you excited to see him. Another thing that I like is that I get to work out at home - breathe fresh air instead of armpit sweat air from the gym. I would totally recommend Pshemek to all my friends and family. Pshemek is an excellent personal fitness trainer who comes to you. I realized after failed attempts of gym memberships what I really needed was a personal trainer - someone who could help give me the jump start and disipline that I lack. Pshemek has been training me for over 10 years and I have yet to get bored with it. I am 56 and I and stronger than I was 20 years ago. I never would have thought despite my collegiate athletic career would I have ever been able to do 20 pull-ups or muscle ups on the rings.
