I was recently blessed with a baby boy, which triggered my weight loss journey. I challenged myself to take an 8-week fitness challenge. The first week was really tough, but with constant motivation and support from the coaches, I made it to 5.5 weeks. I love F45 Newport Beach. The coaches here are all so friendly, motivating, knowledgeable of training and nutrition, and they are all attentive to make sure our personal fitness goals are met. I come in on the cardio-based training days in addition to my own strength training program. Cardio was never my favorite, so last year I was looking for a place, a team, other like-minded people to do my cardio with. I've got to say I really found everything I need and more with F45 in NB! The fast paced classes and having everyone around me always pushes me to my limits! It's unlike any other group training studio. Nothing but friendly competition and trainers to help push you when you feel like you're about to give up. There are no mirrors and you're so busy focused on what you're doing that you don't have time to look at anyone else. The classes are super challenging yet efficient. It's a 45 minute work out designed to leave you dripping in sweat and gasping for air. They are structured so you burn as many calories as possible in the least amount of time. The trainers and monitors at the front of the room show you the exercises/stations for each pod so you always know exactly what you're doing. F45 is a very challenging, fun workout ! The trainers are attentive, supportive and knowledgeable. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are HIIT days, Tuesday/Thursday are weight workouts and weekends are a mix. The classes are easy to follow and I always burn 500 + calories during a class. I have been hearing great things about F45 and I'm happy to report that the hype is real. I checked out the 7 day trial and it was amazing! The separate classes that I attended were led by Tiffany, Kate, and Andoni. As someone who likes to work out but is new to lifting weights, it was very intimidating when checking out the class descriptions. However, the instructors were all so helpful and really took the time to check in and help make sure everyone had the right form. Plus the music they play is on point. I've mostly been to the F45 in CDM but this one is just as good - I love their instructors, and I've been working out with them for about 3 months and I'm already seeing major improvements in my strength and cardio too. The workouts are high energy, the music is great, and the staff is super knowledgeable and coach you thru. I also love that there's a nutritional aspect with it too. It's really the complete package. I've been a member at F45 for a little over 6 months and absolutely love it! I'm continuously challenged whether at the end of each class I learn something new or walk out sore and sweaty feeling great the next day. The trainers here are engaging, fun, and personable. I've been to countless fitness studios where I've been called out for not pushing my limit or meeting expectations, essentially making me feel like I'm not good enough. The trainers (at this location & CDM) are only guilty of ensuring you experience the best 45 min of your day by catering to your needs, being cognizant of your form, and giving technique tips to avoid injury and to improve yourself. They pay as much attention as they can to everyone, providing an invidual experience while learning about your strengths and weaknesses without judgment. Everyone I've met from trainers to members have been courteous. Shout out to Tiffany as she was my trainer on my first day! I've been doing various workouts for awhile however credit F45 the most for changing my body and life for the better. I've always been a lean and petite female, but now I have muscle definition, endurance and strength I would've never thought I'd be able to obtain. Even my friends & family have noticed a difference with the way I look and carry myself. When they ask what I've been doing my usual response is, "I go to F45." I've learned so many different yet effective moves in each F45 class which I bring back with me to practice or to show my friends. F45 is the most effective-efficient work out I have ever done. I work long hours while getting my masters, so I do not have any time for anything and usually work outs are usually skipped first. I can get to class, do the workout and get home within an hour. Since joining F45 two months ago, I try hard not to skip it and go about 3 times a week, (even though I am striving for 5). I saw changes in my body and strength within the first month! I absolutely love these classes and I am not a gym person at all (haven't been a member to a real "gym" in 3 years and I used to do pilates two times a week at a yoga studio). The classes are fast, hard, and really fun! Even if you hate the exercise you are on, you are barely there for a minute so you can deal with it. Since you are constantly moving stations, the workout goes by soooooo quickly! I absolutely love this gym and will be a member for as long I can move. The teachers are great, the workouts are challenging, and the people in the class are friendly. It's really starting to feel like a family. My only cons - Their music is too loud and the app needs an update. read more

I've been going to F45 for 3 years. I love how the workouts are as intense as you want to make them and each class is no more than 45 mins except for Saturday's which are 1 hour. The HIIT keeps things interesting as they're constantly changing up the movements for each class. MWF are geared towards cardio and TTH are weight training days. Saturday is a hybrid of the two. All of their trainers are consistently positive and encouraging. I used to go to an open gym and I couldn't motivate myself to do HIIT. They also have an 8 week diet and exercise challenge. They have an additional app that provides a weekly grocery list and how to make the meals. I saw substantial results just after two weeks of following their diet and exercise program. I also witnessed others completely transform their bodies, dropping pant sizes in weeks. If you're willing to commit and put in the work, F45 is your answer to your fitness struggles. Period. Look no further... period end of story. I am a mother of two teenagers that has very little time for herself. I came across this gym a year ago and was scared that I wouldn't fit in. Scared I wld be left to fend for myself and be pushed to the back of the class because I thought I wld be the only " old lady " amongst all these young bods. That was not only the furthest thing from what my experience actually was.. it was down right the biggest lie I have ever been called out on in my head to keep me from the best decision I've ever made.. besides having my two awesome kids. I am part of a family that is so supportive in all of our individual journeys.. I have not only become stronger physically, but mentally as well.
