When I walked in, Ron remembered our conversation from the previous day, which immediately made me feel comfortable. He scanned my van but didn't notice anything unusual. That didn't answer my question, so I asked him if the brand was Denso, and he said "yes, that's Japanese, right?" Aside from my interaction with him, I saw Langston being rude and giving attitude to my guy Carson after he came back from his break for no reason at all. I ended up going elsewhere to get the job done with the same Denso part for $100 less (close to the original quote that Carson gave me). Moral of the story is that I don't trust Langston, and I certainly don't like how he was treating Carson. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude today was enough to make me question coming back here in the future (which is unfortunate because everyone else here is really kind and patient). After the work was done, I handed him my card and he ran it -- and only after charging me he said it was going to be $80. He mumbled a reason that I couldn't clearly understand, but I was short on time and couldn't stay to argue. To make things worse, after leaving my car felt unbalanced, like something wasn't done right. I couldn't go back because the shop was closing, so now I'm forced to take it somewhere else to check what happened.
