Bought another truck last year that quickly turned into a nightmare mechanically, and they have helped me so much in basically restoring this thing. I sourced a replacement engine, they did an expert job installing it for me at a reasonable cost. When that engine failed under warranty (no fault of Integrity) they helped me through the warranty process, and quickly got the new warrantied engine installed, with the same care and expertise as the first one. Had them also install the front end rebuilt kit for me, had one minor issue (again, not their fault) and they took care of it for me immediately. Ugh, I'm so pissed I didnt find out about Integrity Transmission sooner. My car was making a loud whirring noise that kept getting worse every day. Henry took care of me. Transmission/car was shuttering in gear when stopped and he said it needed a new torque converter. Instead of just doing a quick swap and sending me on my way he said the fluid and subsequently the transmission was so bad it would just break again so quoted me on a replacement. When I asked if a flush would work he said he couldn't do it in good conscience because the fluid was so bad again the internal of the transmission was too far gone. He has worked on multiple vehicles of mine with his dad and has always been a class act!!! Will take my cars nowhere else for transmission issues!!! read more

ZERO INTEGRITY!!! I had them do a rebuild with a 3 year or 75,000 miles warranty.. Needless to say COVID hit and driving for me drastically slimmed down and working from home was a blessing. I only got about 25,000 miles out of their transmission they rebuilt for me. Unacceptable!! I called them to see what could be done since I was right outside of their warranty as far as time wise but way way under their 75,000 miles marker. They said bring it in and they'd check it out for free.. Well after a few tire kicks and a claim of burnt smelling oil they wanted to charge me double from what I paid last time!? I would've been better off with a used transmission from the junkyard.. Here's the cherry on top.. When they did the rebuild I had them put in some new spark plugs that I bought to make sure the plugs were good and gapped and was charged about 130$ for the spark plug labor.. After receiving the car I started to get misfires in number 5# and when I pulled the spark plug it was bent as in someone dropped it or messed the tip up and put it in anyways! INTEGRITY is what you do when no one's looking.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured they just specialize in transmissions but boy was I wrong!! I would strongly suggest that if you plan on having them do work for you that you wait till their work exceeds expectations before you jump the gun and leave positive reviews and put your foot in your mouth! Nobody ever cares till it happens to them. If it was my business I and I had "Integrity" in my name I would've definitely tried to figure out why something that came out of MY shop only reached 25,000 miles.. I hope none of you experience this kind of "service".. read more

Update !!!! It's been over 2 years and my transmission is still working great !! It may not be the cheapest but the cheapest isn't the best. It was done right the first time with no return visits. It's only been a week but so far so good on my transmission rebuild. I picked this shop because of the good reviews and because the shop was so clean and organized. We have a Toyota 2006 van that had the check engine light on for a long time. We took the van to 2 other shops, and it was diagnosed with transmission problems. However we decided to take it to integrity transmission for a diagnostic inspection. Boy, were we relieved to learn that it was not the transmission. Come to find out the previous facility installed wrong speed sensor. Henry at integrity transmission installed the correct intermediate speed sensor. They also replaced the engine computer module. The van now runs so good, we are so happy. We highly recommend that anyone with any kind of transmission problems, go see Henry. They are experts in their field. They are so friendly & helpful. Is there a 10 stars option?! Integrity has provided outstanding service from start to finish. I have a 2017 Mustang GT and had a leaky valve cover that caused white smoke. I knew this repair wouldn't be anything easy and would take a professional to be able to complete correctly. After doing some digging, I decided to go with Henry because I've done prior work with him and remembered how responsive he was and the shop techs are reliable. During the entire process, I was kept updated and even received pictures of the inside of the valve covers and knew what parts they would be using. From having reasonable pricing to excellent customer service, this is a great shop for those who have multiple questions and baby their cars. Snakes. They bamboozled me and took a bunch of money for things they didn't even replace. If they did replace the spark plug, they did so using a crappy one. I also had to get all four spark plugs replaced, not just one. They sent me on my way knowing that they didn't fix all the problems. You could change the spark plugs yourself for a waaaay cheaper price than what they charged me for. There is no integrity here. read more

I stopped at Integrity Transmission to get a second opinion on my transmission. I went to another shop in Hawaiian Gardens originally as it was a referral from my usual auto repair shop. He told me the transmission needed to be rebuilt and it would be $6 thousand dollars. Henry at Integrity did some of his own testing and found it to be a tranny filter that came loose and was sitting in the pan. He fixed it for $850. I just wanted to thank the hard working employees of Integrity Transmission for all their dedication & attention to detail on my 2005 Acura TL! The staff was pleasantly accommodating to all my concerns. Long story short, back in March my transmission went down & I was searching around for a reputable shop to do the repairs. I must of gone to at least 6-7 shops for quotes till I found IT(Integrity Trans). I began researching on Yelp's reviews & really enjoyed the customer feedback! Turns out that they were the only shop that was able to cater to all my needs & special requests without giving me negativity for inquiring so that's why I chose them. Right away they were on top of my repairs & before I knew it they had already disassembled my transmission & informed me of what parts were defective. Unlike some shops that will do a basic "parts swap" & call it a day, Henry Jr/Sr took the time to explain in detail how my transmission got to that condition & what steps they would take to solve the situation. I really appreciate their honesty in advising me of what parts needed to be upgraded instead of taking me for a ride on everything. After some discussion, we agreed on what needed to be done & again they were on top of it! They even informed me of other maintenance items that I wasn't aware of that needed attention like broken motor/trans mounts & leaking seals. In the aftermath, my transmission got a full strip down, cleaning, case sleeving upgrade & more! I could not believe how fast & meticulous they all worked together to get everything finished within two weeks! I can't thank Integrity Transmission enough for all their work, best part everything is backed up by a 3 YEAR WARRANTY!!! Hands down the best shop I've had the pleasure of working with! First Month Update: I've been slowly breaking in my transmission on several long drives. My car has been driving flawless like brand new! Henry Jr/Sr did a follow up & no issues were found. Three Months Update: After the break in period, I am now able to open up on the road & it feels amazing! My car's response to the pedal is instant unlike before with usual lagging. My Wife's old 4-runner was having issues with the transmission. It would not shift right. We took it into this shop based on the Yelp reviews. They told us there was a leak (and showed us the fluid dripping) and they could fix it for a reasonable cost. Great. Anyway, we get a call the next day. We were told we needed a new transmission - the price over $2500. The car was worth that on a good day. They said the leak was not fixable. Sigh. We did not want to sink the money into it and towed the 4-runner home. A few days later a friend who is mechanically inclined looked at it said lets repair the leak and see what happens. What the heck. I called the local Toyota dealership and the seal was $14.99. Yes fifteen dollars. We needed a specialized tool to remove the seal. Turns out you can use a $5 piece of PVC pipe to do the trick. So we jacked up the car and the hardest part of the job was getting to the 4 (maybe 5?) bolts that held the transmission in. If we had a lift it would have taken all of 10 minutes to do the work - it took us 30 having to manually rotate the transmission to get to the bolts. Put it all back and have had zero issues since then. I wanted to be fair about this review and that is why I waited over FOUR years to write it. read more
