Francisco not only reattached it, he also went ahead and tested my truck for free to make sure it could pass the smog check I needed for the DMV. He did a series of tests to see what was working and anything that may become an issue in the future, just for my knowledge. He also pulled my CarFax report for free without me even inquiring! He took the time to explain how my tailgate and its different components worked, even printing out a diagram for me so I could clearly understand my options. We discussed ways to prevent my tailgate from being tampered with or stolen in the future, and he explained what would be my best options based on safety, longevity, and cost-effectiveness. He took time after I had already left to research the right parts that would achieve what I wanted without unnecessarily driving up the cost. It's the behind the scenes work like this that I appreciate the most. His recommendations were confident and knowledgeable, but I never once felt pressured. For example, Francisco let me know that I needed an oil change, but he never tried to push me into getting one that day. He understood that my immediate concern was the tailgate, and he respected that. I was actually the one who asked whether he performed oil changes. Suffice it to say, I'll be skipping Valvoline this time and bringing my truck back to Francisco and Pearl. Pearl made sure I was comfortable while I waited and offered me full bottles of either cold or room-temperature water. That may sound like a small detail, but it meant so much more than meets the eye. Those thoughtful touches are what separate businesses that genuinely care about their customers from places that make you feel like just another person in an assembly line of others who need help too. Pearl is such a warm, personable person, and making conversation with her was genuinely lovely. I'm currently in a tight spot financially, and both Francisco and Pearl were sensitive to that without ever making me feel embarrassed or treating me differently. I never felt like a dollar sign. I was treated with dignity and given the same time, care, and respect as anyone else who walked through the door. As a woman, I've experienced a sexist gap in how I'm treated when dealing with automotive work. I've had unnecessary services pushed on me, been ignored when asking questions, or been made to feel like I shouldn't try to understand what was being done to my truck. That was absolutely not my experience here. Francisco explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood my choices. It's impossible not to feel safe and taken care of when he is working on your vehicle and walking you through your options. When I recently noticed a problem with my radio, I immediately called FNP to ask whether Francisco could look at it when I return to have a safety guard installed on my tailgate. He added it to my notes, and now I can let go of that worry knowing he'll examine it and tell me honestly what the best next step is. Their administrative workflow has been perfected to allow for notes like this, quotes being sent and accepted/denied, etc. The process is smooth, start to finish. I have never had a better experience with an auto repair shop. Francisco and Pearl truly went above and beyond. Trust me: you will not regret going to FNP. These are exactly the kind of people and small businesses worth supporting, and I plan to be a customer of theirs for a very long time.

The first shop told me it was a problem with the mass air flow sensor and tried to charge me to fix it, which didn't feel right to me. So I decided to come here for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I did. The mechanic took the time to properly diagnose the issue and walked me through everything step by step. Within about an hour, he figured out that it wasn't the air flow sensor at all--it was just a blown fuse. That alone saved me a lot of money and potentially from being overcharged elsewhere. They were the first to respond (in what seem like less than 10 mins) with a base price plus a TBD cost of add'l freon I'd need. Their price was the lowest compared to all other Yelp responses I received by at least $40. Based off this very limited interaction, I'd recommend reaching out to them if you ever need any services.

I had already purchased an OEM replacement handle from an authorized Honda parts dealer, and initially planned to have the dealership install it. However, the dealership quoted me a very high labor cost and required me to leave my car overnight due to their busy schedule. After doing some research, I found Action Auto in Cypress and spoke with Mark. From the very first phone call, Mark was friendly, professional, and transparent. Best of all, his quote was about half the price of what the dealership wanted to charge. The convenience was a huge bonus. They told me I could bring my car in anytime between 8am-5pm (and even Sundays 8am-3pm). I dropped off my car at 8:30am, and it was ready by lunchtime the same day. On top of that, they even offered a complimentary shuttle ride home--something the dealership no longer provides. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Mark's customer service was outstanding both over the phone and in person. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, and I noticed several repeat customers while I was there, which says a lot about their reputation. Most importantly, my door handle works perfectly now--just like when I first bought the car. I'll definitely be coming back to Action Auto for future repairs. It has been about a couple of months since my car repair by Western Auto Care. My car is running…read moresmoothly for being 20 years old (2005 Toyota Corolla). Back in August my car stopped going in reverse and I knew it was time to replace transmission. I message around to a few vendors on YELP. Most of the vendors were were asking for double or tripled the amount for rebuilding transmission. Daniel suggested buying an used transmission which cut down on the costs significantly. Once I had the car dropped off he was constantly updating me with texts/photos of the car status. I also had him replace the real main seal (since transmission is already out) and replace the motor mounts (transmission and engine) and control arms with ball joints. They also tested the used transmission to make sure it held up. They were able to do all that work in 2 days. The car needed to run a while to break in the new/"used" transmission. Daniel and his team did an excellent job with the repair work, communication, and the pricing. The pricing was quite reasonable (Daniel did let me know ahead of time the pricing/quotes for potential work). I would take my current and future cars to him for any repair work. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

The gentleman on the phone said the transmission fluid is for life unless I'm towing or carrying heavy loads. When I questioned why I see that it's recommended online he says that dealers will recommend this service all day but if you check the Toyota maintenance manual it says you don't need it. Man! I haven't even been to this shop yet and I'm already getting a good feeling about this place. It's a bit more expensive for an oil change than other places that have quoted me, but I like that they use factory parts including Toyota oil filters. Stay tuned.... 6/29/26 - Brought my Sienna in for an oil change + complimentary 30-point inspection (since it was my first time there). Jared took the van for a spin, brought it back and lifted it up. They found a little oil seepage coming out of the transfer case. I let them know that I did see a transfer case drain/fill on the CarFax report before I bought it. Jared thinks they just didn't torque it properly so they were going to retorque and clean up around the area and keep an eye on it. Worst case scenario, they would need to order a new drain plug gasket and I'd have to come back to get it replaced. Thankfully, the drain plug just needed to get tightened. I was in and out in almost exactly an hour just as Robert promised. Thanks The Toy Shop team!! Pro Tip: they are booked out at least a week in advanced so make your appointment ASAP!

We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). From the large number of 5 star reviews, comments about fair prices for good repair work, a great warranty and friendly family type customer service, you might think that Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair must be about the best place in Southern California to take your vehicle when something goes wrong (especially a transmission problem). As a result of my personal experience here I believe all of the above is true. Late last year the transmission of my well liked old '99 Buick LeSabre finally played out and the on board computer indicated a rebuild would be needed. The estimate of my local service place seemed pretty high so I thought I would check around a bit and that's when I saw all those 5 star comments about Integrity. Integrity is located a little more than 30 miles from where I live but I thought if they could save me a hundred or two it would be worth the trip. Their estimate was $750 Better than my local garage. The repaired transmission seemed to be working fine and I thought I would give it a couple of months to be sure before I put my 5 star review in with the rest of them. Then I noticed a little shudder in the transmission when starting up from a dead stop. For the next couple of months this little shudder would happen only 2 or 3 times a week but then it started to get a little bigger and more frequent. So I called Integrity and Henry, Jr. said bring it in any time that was convenient for me. As soon as I arrived the next day Henry, Sr. greeted me as I was getting out of the car and said he was going to take it for a drive to try to see if he could spot the problem. On returning he said indeed something was wrong and whatever it turns out to be would be covered 100% by the warranty. The problem wasn't showing up on the on board computer and it turned out to be a stubborn one, it didn't want to be found. It took over a week of trying things and drive testing them before Henry, Sr. felt he had the solution. I've been driving it for a couples of weeks now and it is working perfectly. As I understand it, the problem was an Electronic Pressure Control Solenoid, a part you can't even reach without having to move the transmission out of the way. What this part costs, I don't know, no charge to me (could this have actually gone bad only after the initial transmission repair?) How many hours they had to work on and test this car, I don't know, no charge to me. As I was told, everything was covered 100%. Henry, Jr. apologized for it taking longer than normal and comped some AC and coolant service to make up for it. When it comes to locating a good trustworthy auto repair shop I don't believe I could find any place better than Integrity. Read their mission statement - Henry, Sr. and Henry, Jr. set out to be the best in this business and I believe they are. They can't please every customer a hundred percent because that's something that is impossible to do - but I don't doubt that that is exactly what they will try to do, to the best of their ability! read more

Dec 31st 2014 To: Integrity Transmission & Auto Repair Happy New Year 2015, I just want to start off by letting you know that I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced, if I can help it. Your customer service is top notch and the patience you give your customers is very much appreciated in this economy. Here is my integrity transmission success story, I have a red ford 4 door contour 1998, I bought it used in 2006 it was in good condition and the body was in good shape. I had a good time with it and it got me around where and when I needed. I had replaced tires and change oil up until 2009. In 2009 car problems started and kept coming here and there with seemed natural since I had no real maintenance done on the car since I bought it LOL... Time went on and the car seemed fine, I started driving it a lot more because of work I could hear a ping here and a ping there but no real issues yet... I started a new job in Los Angeles and needed the car more than ever. When I moved in to my apartment in Ktown LA the oil started to leak more and more and the car would stall from time to time oh god I thought what am I going to do? Luckily the job was a work from home situation so I had no need for a car other than to do the minimal errands; wow I lucked out this time. So three years went by and in time I needed a car again. I knew the oil was an issue so I took it to a local cheep auto body shop that did car maintenance as well. The guys seemed like they cared but later I found out it was a quick fix for the moment. So they fixed it to the best of my knowledge the leak stopped for a while then it came back worse. I was moving back to Buena Park and needed the car real bad. To make a long story short, I had a lot of repairs. I applied for a loan for the car based on an estimate. "Integrity Transmission" was the best choice I will never regret it. Integrity transmission went beyond the call of duty for the budget I was given and even when I had still more adjustments left on the car, integrity transmission wanted to complete the repairs as much as possible. That's what I call real service of course I am a loyal customer but without Integrity transmission, I would not have been able to be successful or prepared for anything in the future New Year. This place rocks and both Henry Jr and Sr....are people of Integrity. Here is my story that lead me to them. Aamco of Garden Grove is a complete scam outfit designed to cheat you and lie to you in order to get your business. After personally changing the rear main seal on my Suburban...and getting it all back together, the car would not shift out of second gear. Note, I never worked on the transmission, just unplugged and disconnected it, slid it back to access rear main seal. It threw error code "P0502 Vehicle Speed Sensor A Circuit Low Input". I replaced the two speed sensors on the transfer case and the neutral safety switch...still no luck....so I took it to Aamco of Garden Grove and dealt with Andrew. After a minor look at it at the end of their day, he called me and told me that they would need 3 hours to properly diagnosis it but would only charge me for 2 hours at a cost of $170 which would be applied toward repairs. Well I thought this sounded sketchy so I took it to "Integrity Transmission" in Cypress for a second opinion. That second opinion and the great service from Henry Jr. paid off. $80 later it was fixed....Henry told me that I had forgotten to plug in one sensor that was hidden from sight behind a heat shield. His honesty and integrity were amazing. Unlike Aamco who clearly knew the plug was unplugged yet wanted to charge me for 3 hours of labor, but out of the kindness of their heart would only bill me for 2 hours. Garden Grove Aamco has a track record of cheating people.. ..DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO AAMCO TRANSMISSION UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LIED TO AND WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Take your car to "Integrity Transmission in Cypress 714-785-4568" you will be glad you did. And as far as Aamco's signature horn honk "beep beep"...They can take my two handed one finger salutes and put beep beep over the words that go with my gesture. read more

This business deserves a much better rating than a 5. They should have a 10+. I can only explain their business as car care because they truly care about their customers. I am a single mom with very little income and live an hour and a half away. My first experience was when my stick shift broke leaving me stranded at my moms house. They gave me an honest repair. Later they did so much work on the cars shocks even took it to pass the smog test. Then they went over and above by delivering my car to me at my home. My latest problem was with the sensors. Because I live so far away I obtained 3 other quotes from auto repairs near my home. They wanted a large fee to diagnose the repairs adding charge after charge even telling me the engine might not be worth saving. This included the dealership. Integrity gave me an honest evaluation and repaired the senors for less than the other companies' estimated diagnosis. My car is now running great thanks to integrity and their awesome family. I had a used (Grade A Insurance) Ford Fusion 6-speed manual transmission shipped from back east from a salvage vendor that gave it a 3 year warranty (which is exceptional) to be installed with a new clutch and seals...etc. The shipment arrived on Thursday and Henry Sr. estimated that it would be completed by Friday. Unfortunately the mechanic who was installing forgot to line up some gears and when he started the car the gears blew out of the transmission case. Now your wondering why I gave them 5 Stars, that's because Henry Sr. showed what the business name stands for "Integrity" he owned up to error made by his mechanic and purchased another transmission offering the same 3 year warranty that I had originally and paid for my rental car that I would need while we waited for the new transmission to arrive and be installed. Also when my car was completed I noticed that they had taken it to the car wash and had it cleaned inside & out. The car drives like it's new again and so far no issues or problems with the transmission. read more

When I had the problem with my transmission, the place I went to had no clue as to what the problem really was. So I went on line and found Integrity. Henry" s professionalism about transmissions / auto repair and customer concerns was all I needed to make my decision for Integrity to do my repair work. My transmission runs great now! In fact, I am even getting better gas mileage as result of the new transmission. AN HONEST BUSINESS: In April 2015 my transmission started shifting with severe bangs? I was told it couldn't be fixed and it would take @ $3000 to replace it. Which means I have to junk the car. Out of desperation I googled for a second opinion and found Henry Villegas at Integrity Transmission in Cypress, CA.. He drove the car a short way and said he had to scan the car. He did, and the scan showed a bad throttle valve,which would be @ $1,500 IF it was just the valve. He puts my car on the rack and 3 hours later my car was running perfectly for $240????? Scheeeze? It was a clogged throttle valve. Henry certainly runs the business with his son with"Integrity". And he does complete care from tune ups, oil changes, etc. read more

Came in today needing my transmission oil changed. Henry Sr & Jr were able to assist me with my vehicle maintenance needs. This is a family owned business and I can tell they have a very strong family foundation in relation to their business efficiency + economics. They were able to meet and go beyond my customer satisfaction. Service was efficient and only took 1 hour to service. Henry and his crew were fantastic! Searched everywhere for a transmission repair shop that would even take the time to talk to me longer than a couple minutes about my questions and concerns and everyone was short and would hang up, but not these guys. Customer service was PHENOMENAL. Answered every question and concern I had and didn't try to push me into anything I didn't need or want. The turn around time was amazing as well. Recently took a friend (in need) to see Henry, the owner of this transmission shop, with the idea of getting a little more service out of a worn out transmission. Henry, the owner, agreed to do his best, and at an affordable price. Repairs that would have typically required costly removal of the transmission from the vehicle were done with the transmission in place. Most shops would have immediately prescribed a new transmission, costing thousands of dollars. Henry and his fine staff went beyond kindness and understanding to get my friend back on the road. So last year I purchased my 2016 Ford Mustang gt. Now in case you guys don't know to much about it this car is the big bad v8 engine. I use to take my car to the dealership until I found integrity transmission. They do everything the dealership does and they do it better and cheaper than them too! Since I found Henry I will continue to use him and his business until the day I die. This has by far been my most pleasant experience with a mechanic. Integrity Transmission is a family owned business that has won my trust, and continued service. Henry and his crew went above and beyond during a full transmission rebuild on my Ford E-350. While the country was celebrating the Fourth of July this past Thursday, I had to decide whether to buy a car. Both the seller and I had upcoming travel plans so time was limited. Most of the shops I called on Friday were closed for the long weekend but, to my relief, Henrys Junior and Senior were both on the job. I have a Range Rover. I had taken it at two other shops to be repaired. No one could fix the problem. I even went to the dealer. I was told about Integrity Automotive where I met Henry. He said to leave it for a day or two and would plug his scanner in and check it. Two days later Henry called to tell me that after driving the car for about two hours a code popped up. Now that he new where to start looking, he traced and tested the wire harness and found a broken ground wire. This guy is amazing. Thank you so much. read more

Wish I could give less stars. Henry is a flat out liar who will lie to your face. Odd that there name is integrity when all their employees lack a backbone. If you say your gonna do something, you do it. If something comes up it's your responsibility to make sure your promises get handled, not the left to the customer left hanging. It's time you grow up and mature and learn how to handle yourselves as decent human beings before I consider coming back here. read more

Long due review for a repair I had done months ago. I had a faulty starter and found this place on yelp and gave them a try to have it replaced. Pros: Both Henry Jr and Sr were courteous and professional. The office was clean and not cluttered. The price for parts and labor were reasonable. They provided warranty for parts and labor. Cons: None Bottom line: Months after the replacement, my car starts without any struggles. I recommend this place. read more

I…read morehave had ignition issues for a little while now that culminated in my car not starting unless I crank the ignition a dozen times or my car just dies on me in the middle of the road as recent as this past weekend. I've taken my car to repair shops near my home and they always end up repairing something else's and not fixing the real issue. Thankfully I found Robert and his team on yelp and they saved from a very unnecessary alternator replacement that the other repair shop had diagnosed was the issue. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with my alternator and that it was actually my ignition switch being faulty and frying/melting the other wires inside my steering column. That made sense on why now sometimes my care would start up smoothly vs when it randomly did not want to start since the melted wire contacts were precariously connected and hanging on by a thread I dropped my car off at 8am and got my car back by 3pm same day. Price was fair and less than I had expected. Will be taking my car to Robert and his crew from here on out

Owen and Ultimate Autohaus are the absolute best mechanics you can get…read more At a separate independent mechanic, when I went in for an inspection about an intermittent grinding sound when turning, I was recommended ~$10,000 in repairs ranging in "urgency", including a $700 quote to fix the grinding noise. I went to Owen for a second opinion, and he independently found everything the other shop had found, but gave much better context about the time until the "urgent" fixes would be necessary's and the consequences of delaying them, and it turned out the fixes were hardly urgent. Not only did Owen give a great explanation and context for the issues listed, he was incredibly personable and a pleasure to talk to. Additionally, Owen was an expert on our BMW, and was able to fix the intermittent grinding (specifically a loose brake cable) noise for ~$250 parts and labor. Additionally, Owen was a superb help in regard to a repair on a used BMW iX I purchased, which needed a headlight replacement (~$5000 at dealer). With Owen's help and advice, I was able to get a replacement headlight and control module installed ~$1400 parts and labor. Without a doubt, Owen is the best mechanic I've ever used, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
