Even my own regular cleaner in Carmel could only offer me a $35 charge and one to two weeks time frame before it was ready. :( Most of the dry cleaners I spoke to couldn't have cared less about my situation. I needed it "yesterday" for a video shoot we were going to do. I called Bolden's and told them the story of the wrinkly green screen and my urgent need for someone to press it. The lady who answered the phone at Bolden's was kind and genuinely seemed to care. She asked me how soon I could get it to them because they were shutting down the steamers at 2pm. I told her 10 minutes and took off from the practice to get there. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome. I was asked for my name and phone number, and then asked if I could give them 15 minutes? Could I give them 15 minutes? What an AMAZING difference from every other cleaner I had spoken to over the last several days!! Yeah, I could give them 15 minutes. Fast forward fifteen minutes and the green screen was pressed and beautiful. My cost was $8!! Guess who just got a customer for life? Bolden's did! When I asked if I could leave a tip for the person who pressed the green screen, I got a smile and a kind laugh, and I was told the owners do all the pressing. I was told this was a family business, and they really did care about every single one of their customers. I cannot tell you how happy I am and how grateful I am for Bolden's. Thank you so, so much!

They also ensure I know when certain clothes need additional/different types of cleaning, which they know I appreciate because I trust them completely! That peace of mind alone is worth every penny. First time I had dropped it off, it was barely cleaned at the bottom. I had them redo it, and it was cleaned better the second time and I was satisfied. It was returned with a slight rip at the top where the dress had folds, mind you I had only worn it for a few hours on my wedding day and I'm almost certain it was not brought in that way. Also I had dropped it off with a garment bag and it was lost during cleaning and not returned when pickup came the first time or second time and I was told they would look for it after the manager had called after I had requested a redo. I had gotten my dress out of state so the bag was branded with a bridal shop from my hometown, sounds silly, but it had minor sentimental value. There's no way I would've dropped off my white wedding dress without some sort of protection while bringing it in, plus I had a decorative hanger that was returned to me. There's no way I would've dropped off just my dress and hanger, but not the garment bag. Really upsetting in more than just one way.

At laundry on Friday morning, there is trash on the floor and on top of empty washing machines. The front and tops of the machines are dirty and not well maintained. There were 9 out of 33 dryers and 9 washing machines out of service at the time. This used to be a clean and well maintained laundromat. The owner needs to give the facility attention before patrons go elsewhere.
