The Most AMAZING Customer Service!!! What an amazing company. I had called 6 dry cleaners for help ironing a green screen back drop that I needed for an upcoming video shoot. Even my own regular cleaner in Carmel could only offer me a $35 charge and one to two weeks time frame before it was ready. :( Most of the dry cleaners I spoke to couldn't have cared less about my situation. I needed it "yesterday" for a video shoot we were going to do. I called Bolden's and told them the story of the wrinkly green screen and my urgent need for someone to press it. The lady who answered the phone at Bolden's was kind and genuinely seemed to care. She asked me how soon I could get it to them because they were shutting down the steamers at 2pm. I told her 10 minutes and took off from the practice to get there. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a sincere welcome. I was asked for my name and phone number, and then asked if I could give them 15 minutes? Could I give them 15 minutes? What an AMAZING difference from every other cleaner I had spoken to over the last several days!! Yeah, I could give them 15 minutes. Fast forward fifteen minutes and the green screen was pressed and beautiful. My cost was $8!! Guess who just got a customer for life? Bolden's did! When I asked if I could leave a tip for the person who pressed the green screen, I got a smile and a kind laugh, and I was told the owners do all the pressing. I was told this was a family business, and they really did care about every single one of their customers. I cannot tell you how happy I am and how grateful I am for Bolden's. They will scorch your clothes, iron out your pleats, and then call the police when they do not want to acknowledge that they are wrong nor have the decency to compensate you for their damage to your items! Deplorable service! You waste the police time with nonsense rather than having adequate customer service and paying for the damage that you caused and after we posted it on Facebook we had tons of responses that told us how terrible you are and just how often you scorch people's clothes and then make up excuses and find reasons not to compensate your loyal customers. The worst of all was for you to contact the police on a black woman after she has been doing business with your tacky organization for 17 years shame on you all I hope your business folds! My dear husband loves to tell me he has a load for me to take to the dry cleaners (we always choose Bolden's) it always happens to be on a Friday morning and he ALWAYS needs it by the next day for a wedding or formal event we have. I probably as a wife should keep up with him and be more organized haha. BUT oh well- Bolden's always takes his clothes and gets them always back on time. They always get his tough stains out, gets the starch perfect! They are always packaged so nice and neat! The drop off and pick up are so easy, there's a walk-in option or a drive-thru option. The ladies up front are so nice and so patient. The place I know just got remodeled but we were customers before then and it was always spotless! Right when you walk in you can see how neatly organized they are! We will always be Bolden's customers! Keep up the great work! read more

8/9/2018 I took a dress into this cleaners and they totally ruined it. The dress went in pleated and when I got it back the first time all of the pleats had been ironed out, this dress was for a funeral so I didn't open the bag until the morning of. I took the dress back and the clerk agreed to redo it, while stating they did not iron them out, they just fell out in the cleaning process. I said ok just fix it, thanks. A week later I returned to pick it up and there was a white ring around the whole dress, and it looked scorched. After pointing this out to that same clerk, she says let us try again. To which I say ok. When I went to pick it up today it still looks bad, the pleats are not right and the scorch marks are still there. When I pointed this out to her, she tells me to leave the store or she's calling the police. To which I responded what, why would you call the police over dry cleaning. I have not done or said anything that requires police assistance. I would like my money back for the cleaning and the dress. At this time another woman enters the discussion and tells me the reason the dress was ruined is because it was a cheap dress. She states that she has had dealings with this brand before (White House Black Market),and they only use cheap material in making their clothing. I then asked why would this cleaners accept items from WHBM if they are so poorly made. To which she replied call the police. After giving me $12.95, the cost of cleaning, the first clerk snatched the dress away from me, as I attempted to tie the bottom of the bag, and walked out the door. She tells me she is going to throw it in my car. I did not respond to her, at which point she moved closer to me and I stated to her, my family has done business with this place for all of the 17 years we have lived in Noblesville. she walks closer arm starched out, as if reaching for me, and I state "don't even think about putting your hands on me. I will wait for the police because you well not tell them I did anything wrong when I did not". She lays the dress on the counter, walks pass me and is talking to the 911 operator.
