Convenient location, 24 hr drop off & pickup, friendly staff. But they continue to crease the shirt collars of my nice Tommy Bahama shirts by placing them on wire hangers and craning them together. I then have to re-press them and often cannot get the creases out. I complained in the "How did we do?" text sent after each service. Response is thank you for your input. Time to find a better service. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new dry cleaning service. This one had decent reviews so I tried it. The staff was friendly and kind which is always nice! I had dropped off clothes for dry cleaning maybe twice before I had an issue. I had a brand new white sweater dry cleaned that was only wore once before so it was the first time it had been dry cleaned. I picked it up and took it to a family weekend to wear. When I took it out of the bag, there was blue stained all over it. I took the sweater back the staff was very nice and reassured me they would remedy the situation. I went back to pick it up. They were able to remove the blue color transfer but the staff member informed me that the sweater had never been to their dry cleaners before. I've used their service maybe 2 times and have never personally washed the sweater or had it taken anywhere else as I had only wore it once. She insisted I might have brought a similar sweater but that specific one had never been to Classic Cleaners. Unfortunately, insinuating I was being dishonest about the staining and suggesting that it wasn't possible they had caused the damage as it had "never been there before" has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm very hesitant to return. read more

I will always get my clothes dry cleaned here. Very professional with quality service.

2nd time in 3 attempts where I get a text saying my clothes are ready in a designated locker with a code and when I arrive, none of the lockers are work with my code and my name or the abbreviation of my name, is on the sheet by the door. This is also the 2nd time I have driven 15 plus mins there and had to turn around and drive 15 plus mins back. I get it, one time it happens, fine, because mistakes happen... a 2nd time, though...come on. Edie is so nice, and this isn't a detriment towards her, but this is borderline ridiculous. read more

The only reason this review is getting five stars is because six or seven out isn't an option. The people that work here are incredible! I bought a brand new white dress shirt that I never even had a chance to wear that got stained during a work trip. Thinking it was ruined a friend recommended I bring it here for a last chance stain removal before throwing it away. It was ready in 24 hours and looked brand new. No sign the stain ever existed. INCREDIBLE. I live out of town and am only in IN for short periods each visit. While here I decided to bring another work shirt in for repair. There was a miscommunication with the person who took the garment as I understood the shirt would be repaired and back the next day. When I returned to pick up the shirt, it wasn't there and the computers were down. I can't say enough great things about Haylee and get level of professionalism. I explained that I was flying out and needed the shirt for my work trip. She promised to locate the shirt and call me back with an update ASAP. Long story short, Haylee and her manager apologized for the miscommunication, located the shirt, finished the repair, and the manager (Eric) met me at the airport with it when I got dropped off so I could pack it with the rest of my things before I flew out. WOW! Talk about above and BEYOND service. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and will continue to share this incredible experience with as many people as possible. For the last 5 years, we were weekly customers. Spent a lot of money in this establishment. Twice, Classic Cleaners lost my husband's clothes. The first time it was just a few shirts, not a huge deal; they reimbursed us. I think it was a little under, but not enough to worry about. The second time they lost quite a few items; my husband was told to replace the missing items and send them the bill. Not really what he wanted to do, but okay. He tried to replace the clothes with almost exact same items in terms of brand, quality etc...they dragged out the reimbursement for months...I can't count how many times we had to call and ask where our check was. Then, they quibbled over the price, claimed we should only get partial value because the lost items weren't brand new, "forgot" to send the check again, and then still tried to charge him $20 for dry cleaning the clothes they lost!! I'd highly advise staying away. To try and atone for all of this, they sent us a $20 coupon for free dry cleaning! Like we'd ever entrust them with anything ever again.
