Took in several items from cleaning out my closet during the quarantine. Yridia was absolutely delightful and very personable. Picked up the 15 items and took another 30-40. I'll be picking those up tomorrow. Had one shirt that our 13 week old puppy used as a potty place. Hopefully, that will be pee free. Plus I'll be taking another 15-20 items. On 1/2/19 at 6:20 PM. stopped here to drop off several items for cleaning. The door was locked and the sign was off. There was a person inside who yelled that she was closed. Sign on the door says they are to be open until 7:00 PM. Guess I won't make this mistake again. read more

4-5 years ago, I left Morellis Cleaners because they destroyed not 1, not 2 but 3 articles of my clothing. They offered to provide cents on the dollar, but that didn't replace my destroyed articles. I decided to give them a 2nd try in May 2019. However, on my 2nd visit to pick up my clothing on 6/6/2019, I had a very ugly encounter with the person at the counter who stated he was the son of the owner and didn't need my business. The argument began with an overcharging for an article of clothing. Before it was all said and done, the son of the owner stated that "no one wants to do business with people like you"... "the cleaner business will be just fine without your business"..... "get out of the store and don't come back"... and, my favorite.....that "You cannot speak English". I'm not sure where that one came from, but I can only believe it was because I'm a minority. I provided him a 100 bill which he needed a calculator to make change, to which I commented about his lack of math abilities. This is a very sad display of a "family" business. But, as the son said..... "we will be just fine without your business". read more

I love Morelli's. I have been going there for years. The staff is great, especially Sandy, Becky and Kathy. My clothes come out great and if there ever is a problem, it is corrected immediately. Good customer service. The only think I don't care for and have expressed many times is their rewards' program. It is based on the number of visits you make to the cleaners, not the amount of money you are spending. For example, a customer can drop off one shirt and get one "spot". Another customer comes in and drops off 10 shirts and 2 sweaters and gets one "spot". Simply not a fair way of adminstering rewards. For me, it is inconvenient because I don't want to drop things off and pick up at the same visit because I get only 1 spot per visit. So, I am making extra trips to get my "spot". Rewards should be based on the amount you spend. I frequent another business that uses this same rewards' program. However, they punch in extra spots for you depending on the AMOUNT of money you spend. NOT the number of trips to their store. I really like that they do that. Kristy read more
