Not only are they not standing by their work, they are looking to make a quick buck even after collecting upwards of $20k from me for my air conditioners. I regret ever letting this company do new units in my home. Clearly they do not stand by their work.

I checked the breakers but nothing was wrong there. My warranty company put me in contact with James from Express HVAC. He called me right away and listened as I described the issue. He told me it sounded like the small fuse on the mother board of the furnace had gone out. After giving me instructions on how to switch it out. I went up to my attic (where the furnace was) pulled off the panel, switched out the fuse and like that, I was back in business and everything was working beautifully. By addressing my problem and walking me through the steps on switching it out, James saved me a $45 service fee to have a service person come out and do what I did myself. Thanks James and the team at Express HVAC! I highly recommend them to anyone needing service with their HVAC system.

Andrez installed a 3 & 5 ton Trane A/C units in the fall of 2019 in our home. There was a problem with the coil on one of the units and it had to be replaced. Hector was slow in responding to correct the problem blamming the delay in replacing the coil on Trane. I contacted Trane for assistance who contacted Mr. Gomez to fix the unit. His team promptly replaced the coil and found the problem to be a leak in a condenser line. In Sept. 2022, one of the units was not cooling properly and I emailed and called Mr. Gomez on multiple occassions to come and check the unit as per the maintenance agreement to no avail. He did not respond to my emails or my calls which all go to voice mail. He talks a good game but does not deliver on his promises. He is not very profesional and I cannot recommend him.
