Kimera's experience is extremely personal and dedicated to your needs and wishes. She's got ideas, talent, excellent suggestions and planing ahead. I love how respectful towards what you want she is, tho she will suggest improvements accordingly. After all,this is all about you girl. You should not let anybody to shape what you wish. For my dress we had 5 sessions from design and fitting until it was ready to pick up. I also wanted an special fabric after she showed me some samples. Such a beautiful glowing silk fabric with a delicate cherry blossoms pattern. I loved it and she was able to get it for me. Not only the bride can find her perfect dress but she's got plethora of styles for bridesmaids, mother of the bride, a guest or simply that dress for any other occasion in addition to weddings. My cheongsam not only is unique and a combination of ideas between the both of us, but beyond perfection. She made my dream dress become a reality for the most special day of my life. The top of my dress was a bit baggy. Instead of the easier alteration of adding darts, she instead did the more challenging alteration of taking in the bust in via the arm holes, which maintained the clean lines of my dress. I got so many compliments from friends and family, and I felt truly like myself. I came to Chrissie with a pretty clear vision of the overall look I wanted to achieve, but with many unresolved details. Chrissie started by creating detailed sketches that pulled together my wishlist into something beautiful and unified. She created a muslin "draft" of the outfit first, and in a session in her studio she built out the garment on my body while we talked through different decisions. She even made the pant legs in two different styles, so I could decide which direction to take! She also pulled fabric samples and found the perfect colors and lace patterns. She even met with me at a fabric store so that we could look at and buy the cloth together. The process of building the outfit in the satin/silk happened across a few sessions, and Chrissie made sure to get every detail just right. Throughout the process, Chrissie was a joy to work with. She made the process so fun and put me at ease. She was always attentive and listened to my questions and ideas, and helped shape my ideas into something beautiful and real. Anadina was also a hit with the guests. I'm unsure if I had even said it out loud that I thought the lighting was too bright during dinner. Lo and behold -- we see Anadina up on a ladder, dimming those bad boys. Anadina very well may double as a mind reader? She also ensured that only approved guests could come into the bridal suite to see me before I walked down the aisle in the classiest way (people have no boundaries, but Anadina made sure that mine were respected). My friends and family were so impressed at her dedication, expertise and grace. I cannot forget to mention that Anadina told us she was a day of coordinator... make no mistake; she is a FULL BLOWN WEDDING PLANNER. She did not draw lines with us -- she held herself accountable to give us the wedding of our dreams, no matter what that meant. Long calls at late hours, taking responsibility for literally ALL OUR VENDORS!!, and keeping it all in lock step without taking us out of the moment even once. Many people want to do what Anadina does but she was truly BORN for the wedding industry. You can't teach that kind of talent. It is her calling, and anyone who gets to work with her gets touched by pure magic. She took care of me, and I found myself mourning the loss of her involvement in my life as the wedding started winding down.
