As a small business owner, I do not take bad reviews lightly. After reaching out to the salon about…read moremy botched balayage, I feel the need to warn others. I saw Briley Webb in October for balayage. Before I saw her my hair was strong and healthy (I posted a picture of me in September). Within a few weeks, my hair was severely damaged and breaking so badly that I lost about 4 inches of hair. I went back in December and she said it was damaged and compromised so she darkened it vs bleaching. I then messaged her on IG a week later to simply ask how long it would take to lighten and she sent me this book. I was never angry with her or pointing fingers even though we both knew SHE over processed and caused the damage. Our exchange is in pictures. It was never contentious. She then canceled my March appointment without reaching out to me about why. I had already gone back to my previous stylist who cut 2 more inches off of damaged hair. I posted a video on socials sharing my experience, without naming Main Muse or Briley, and sent it to Main Muse. Their response was simply, "Sorry this happened but we are not the salon for you." No offer to repair, refund and zero accountability. Had they simply offered a "What can we do to make it right?" I would not be posting this.
