Since then, I have received countless texts & calls asking me to call back. I have blocked a handful of different numbers. Last week I received a letter in the mail, thanking me for choosing them. I did not. I have specifically not chosen this office. They texted me a few days ago and I wrote back asking them to never contact me again. Today, I received two text messages asking me to return some sleep device that I have never even heard of. I have no interest in interacting with this office ever again. I know they're going to write a response to this review apologizing and asking for more feedback so that they can improve. I don't care. This, and any other negative reviews I choose to write will be the only feedback you get from me. I have given you plenty of feedback, plenty of indications of how you can treat me so that I feel respected. It's clear that your office's desire for business is greater than your desire to respect me. If you're a trauma survivor, run from this office. I was upfront, asked them for help, told them how they could support me, and their response was telling me they "know how to handle people like me" and then the dentist continued to use a pick on my teeth and gums, all while literally telling me "I'm not doing anything. I don't know why you're upset" Gaslighting. Update: they're still reaching out. This office doesn't know when to stop.

Also, the dental program that she graduated from at the University of Michigan is ranked number one in the nation. The office visit confirmed the expectations with extremely professional and caring staff in a fully patient centered practice that does not suggest the usual unnecessary treatments to every patient or the common dentist practices of running from chair to chair to maximize their profits. The last patient of the day received the same attention as it is often the case with the early morning appointments. Also, all the traditional paperwork is digital at this practice and the equipment and the panoramic display of the dental x-rays were additional benefits. Furthermore, the practice offers affordable care even to the uninsured which makes the overall experience an amazing value proposition.

Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Therefore, I decided that there were already too many red-flags (unanswered phones, unresponsive CHAT, failure to follow up on scheduling via CHAT, and web-site errors attempting to download forms via "First Visit"), and decided to try to find a different dentist.
