I was able to purchase a zero turn from them, and Austin delivered it to us that same day. He delivered it filled with gas, and gave me a tutorial about how to use the machine. It was a really personable experience and the exact opposite to our poor experience with Lowe's!

Jason is amazing. He walked us through every step of the process for picking the right equipment for our property. He was incredibly kind and patient, never once making us feel embarrassed for our lack of knowledge or experience. The tractor was delivered to our home within a few days of purchase, and Jason himself came out and gave us a crash course on how to operate it, attach and detach implements, and do basic maintenance. In total, he spent about five hours working with us one-on-one. It is so important to know that we did not only buy a quality piece of equipment, but that we are working with a dealership that we feel comfortable with and that is going to be there for us. The support and guidance Greenhill has *already* displayed is on a completely different level than any other dealership we visited while making our decision. 10/10 would highly recommend. Charlie was 99% positive the coil was bad. No spark at the plug, he tried new plug but no spark…read morestill, he pulled the top cover off, and removed the kill wire, and still no spark. He thinks that it is the culprit. He even cleaned up the coil and flywheel magnet but still there was no change. His personal mode of troubleshooting... gas engines need 3 things fuel, spark, and air at the proper time. First check is will it crank. It did. Next pull spark plug wire and remove spark plug, (plug had gas on it so I knew fuel was not the problem at this point), put spark plug in wire and crank while holding it against a good ground to see if plug is sparking, no spark, try new plug, no spark, remove kill wire from coil... this isolates the coil from everything. No spark, coil has to be bad. Just as another check, I cleaned rust off the flywheel magnet and coil but it didn't make a difference. After he was done diagnosing my riding lawnmower, John Deere D105. He knew what part was needed, went and got the part from the shop store in town, and brought it back worked on it and installed the new part. He got my old used mower running up again same day he came out to diagnose after working on it. He even pumped up my rear flat tire for me too. He is a great and knowledgeable serviceman technician. He's trustworthy, reliable, respectful, communicative, and knowledgeable and efficient. I definitely recommend him if you ever need work done with machines, riding lawnmowers, and other job duties as well. He did such an outstanding job. Thank you so so much Charlie now I can finish mowing the grass in the yards. You are awesome.

Needed an engine replaced per the parts department it was easier to get them to replace the motor…read morethen to do it myself due to the paperwork required to replace the motor. I agreed and delivered the Zero turn mower to the dealer for engine replacement. After a few short days they called and they attempted to sell me all kinds of things then proceeded to tell me that my equipment was not worth fixing! Keep in mind I calculated this before taking it to them in the first place. Now that I declined the additional work they no longer want to replace the engine. The service department was rude and attempted to sell me a new Zero Turn. I declined as if I were to buy a new Zero turn I would not have sent it there for repair in the first place. They of course upset me due to insulting the very machine as to state it's not worth fixing. I disagree and did not ask them to evaluate nor appraise the thing. I just wanted to replace my engine. I am taking it somewhere else that provides customer service.
