DO NOT GO HERE!!! I got an oil change on my perfectly running Corvette, which has a dry sump oil system, their employees ARE NOT TRAINED to work on dry sump oil systems. How do I know this? Because the day after my engine blew following the oil change, one of the employees told me they're not trained on it and had no idea what they were doing. Even worse is that jiffy lube is not going to cover the cost to replace my engine. Not only that but another person randomly came to me while I was there and told me they had caused damage to his engine as well. Jiffy Lube are know for messing up your vehicle. Do not go here, they have employees who are not fully trained and will ruin your car and blame you for it. read more

I can't comment on the quality of their work, with good reason. We moved here from Hawaii back in June and have been putting off getting the oil changed in our car since before then. The check engine light came on recently, right before we expected family in for Christmas. I checked for places on Yelp, and this Jiffy Lube had good reviews. I typically don't go to chains for auto repairs since they tend to just give you a whole list of nonsense they need to fix, anything to make an extra buck. I gave them a call to find out if I needed an appointment and if we'd be able to leave the car for the day and whoever answered the phone told me no appointment necessary but it's a first come first serve, and I could even leave the car there overnight if I needed to (no charge). We took the car down, and they were able to run a diagnostic test then and there. Turns out nothing was wrong, so they turned the check engine light off and they checked all the fluid levels for good measure. They could have bullsh***ed us and at the very least changed the oil, but they were completely honest and said the car was fine and no charge. Back in Hawaii my uncle had his own auto shop so I never had to worry about being screwed over, I've just heard many horror stories of places trying to sell you stuff you don't need or even breaking something themselves so they could charge you to fix it. Really glad honest people still exist. I should also add, these guys are all very friendly. They even gave a smile and wave as I drove off! Seriously, I have a lot of respect for considerate people. I brought my Kia in to have it serviced before a road-trip. The technicians were in a rush to complete all of their services for other vehicles that they failed to properly reinstall my drain plug. Because of that while I was on the Freeway the Drain Plug fell out and drained my engine of oil. My engine started to seize on me and cause problems so I pulled over immediately when it was safe and had to call in an emergency mechanic at 1 am in the morning. I ended up paying for an additional oil change and was able to get my vehicle back to WA. I brought my car back to Jiffy Lube to have them run a diagnostics on the engine as it started to make a weird noise after this incident and was told that the old receipt that they gave me would suffice for a written guarantee even though the oil they installed dropped out of the car. I was initially told one thing by the General Manager, only to have her not be there the next day as she told me she would be and also not to have any of the other documents that she had promised to have for me waiting. I arrived back to Jiffy Lube and was basically told to go F my self with the issues and that they transferred the issue to corporate, yet are unable to provide any way to get a hold of this "Corporate" as its not the actual corporate office, as I did call that number. Overall I recommend that anyone who brings their vehicle here to ensure that if its a busy day that the technicians fully perform the job that you are paying them to perform. To resolve my issue I am still awaiting word from Jiffy Lube and am forced to bring my car to the dealership and have them perform the diagnostic that my vehicle needs because of this companies incompetence. I will wait another day to here back from this company before I will be forced to bring this issue to Legal. read more

When I first pulled up to Jiffy Lube, a wonderful man named Gene approached me with a smile and asked what he could do for me. He was so kind and informative about the choices I had in terms of services of my truck. He walked me through everything so I could clearly understand, which I greatly appreciated with my limited knowledge of cars. After deciding on the type of service the truck would receive, he showed me to the waiting area and offered and even poured me a cup of coffee. Even though I only waited about 15-20 minutes totally, Gene came in about halfway through to reassure me that everything looked great on the truck and he didn't try to offer me anything I didn't need. When I was leaving, every employee had a smile and told me to have a wonderful day. They were fantastic and I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. read more

These guys were great. I already had plans for some work to be done and they caught all of it and advises me to have something else checked while my truck is in the shop. Polite and courteous it didn't see any oil streaks and when I checked the oil, which I do after every oil change since some competitor forgot to put fresh oil in, it was right on the mark. I haven't had a proper oil change done on my car in a long time and my transmission has started to give me trouble. I brought my car in to this Jiffy Lube hoping to get the oil change and transmission serviced for no more than $200. These gentlemen did both, serviced the radiator, and replaced the rear center brake light for a lower price than I would have paid for just the oil change and transmission flush. Amazing service, absolutely no wait. The main attendant applied as many discounts as I qualified for. Highly recommend this location and these guys!!! So relieved that there are still people out there that are willing to help out others. read more

It's a Jiffy Lube, but they don't try to up sell with every other service they have. Service was quick and efficient.

Terrible customer service, waited in the truck for 15 mins before anyone came out to greet me. However NO cars were in the dock being worked on. Then jiffy worker tells me to come back in a few hours. When asked why aren't you guys doing oil changes? He answered yes but gave No explanation to why he suggested I come back basically just didn't want to work I guess.. unnecessary hassle for NO apparent reason. While waiting on my oil change it clear the treatment wasn't universal. They act as if they no more about your vehicle than you do and try to up sale you. Avoid this location no worth the hassle. Econo lube is close by. read more

I have used this site very often and they are always courteous and efficient. They don't try to pressure me to buy things I don't need, but rather offer their services after asking if I have had the maintenance interval items done on time. Highly recommended. read more
