Where to start!? I originally saw Dr. Bethony 3 years ago after I had an unfortunate snowboarding accident which left me with a very painful dislocated rib. I saw a physical therapist who basically told me to wait for it to heal. After several weeks of minimal improvement, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bethony and my condition improved within a few days! She was professional, caring, and so incredibly personable. She even changed her insurance-accepting policy such that she could accept my insurance. I recommended her to my now Fiance and we both began seeing her regularly over the years for tune-ups and some major fixes. Everytime we entered her office, it felt like seeing an old friend. She remembered everything about our previous conversations and it was so refreshing to have a Chiropractor who cared about our personal well-being! Dr. Bethony is great. She knows her practice well. During the first visit she explained her technique and how it differs from cracking backs. She uses a device called activator. It targets the specific problematic areas compared to cracking where the alignment affects multiple areas even parts that doesn't need to be adjusted. She also explains what you should expect during the visit and after. She is explains what she is doing at the time she performs her treatment to allow her patients to know what they are receiving. Another reason why I like going to her is that she personally works with you from scheduling to the massaging to the adjustment. Unlike other chiropractors you have different people touching and interacting with you. After the first two visits I feel that she have found my problem areas. She is doing her job right because there is less pain then their was before the start of my treatment. She is also very flexible with her schedule. My family and I were involved in a car accident with an 18 wheeler truck, we were blessed to have survived. However, our bodies endured some serious damage. Dr. Bethony's technique with the activator was something i was skeptical about initially, but after doing a little research i decided to give it a try. The adjustment is great, but nothing beats the personalized massage! She is so personable and friendly that we tend to chat about life through most of my session while she works away on trying to fix the wear and tear i put myself through. Dr. Genovea is amazing! She is the best chiropractor I've ever seen. I have a little alignment problem on my hip and it needs adjustment once in a while. It gets very bad during my pregnancies and I can't move because of a very sharp nerve pain. During my first pregnancy, I visited a few different chiropractors. I needed to go to their offices a few times a week and received manual adjustments but, it was helping me just a little bit. I was lucky to meet Dr. Geneova during my second pregnancy. I had a problem turning my head all the way so I was turning my body to compensate for a number of months until I decided I needed help. I started getting Sweedish massages when I can, and I got a bit of a relief, but I still felt pain turning my head and still had headaches.
