I had an unfortunate encounter where I was trying to clarify a misunderstanding, but the front desk clerk quickly became defensive, to the point where it felt like the clerk was yelling at me over the phone. As I was explaining the situation and asking for consideration, this person kept talking over me, and I even had to ask if this clerk could let me speak. Instead of a productive discussion, I was met with accusations that I was being mean or playing the blame game. While I understand that my words may have come across differently than intended, I expected a more professional and composed response. The situation left me surprised and disappointed, as a calm conversation would have been far more productive. I also recognize that everyone we encounter may be going through something, but that doesn't mean emotions should get in the way--especially in a professional setting. Let me start by saying Dr. Zereh is THE BEST!! I have been going to her for 2+ years now and my experience has been great. She is knowledgeable and takes time to explain the problem. I have a bad back, neck and shoulder and due to nature of the work, my spine goes out of adjustment frequently leading to stiffness and pain. After every adjustment, I feel better with little to no pain. She even adjusted me for my blocked sinuses. I would highly recommend to trust the process and go regularly for adjustments. Not only did they take me in with one day advance but took time from their lunch to really take care of me. "Pain Pain, go away, come again but not today! I understand that in life, we find ourselves in awkward body positions and especially in my line of work, "electrical construction" which I've been doing for 6 years, never have I thought about seeing a chiropractor, until recently when I found that my daily tasks at work was soon taking a toll on my body. I remember coming in for the first time on March 8th and meeting with Dr. Zereh and discussing what my visit was for and after the initial greeting we got to cracking! Man..never have I felt something like that in my life! I mean I've seen videos and whatnot with the microphone on the camera for an audio and visual experience but to feel the adjustments happening and the sound of it which my life partner also witnessed, she couldn't wait for her turn as well! If your anything like me, I'm a get up and go kind of guy. After an 8 hour shift of labor, 1hr commute back home, 15 minute drive to the facility, sometimes you wanna get in and get out. Definitely possible here making the visits painlessly quick while she also makes sure your questions are answered and issues addressed. Dr. Zareh is super chill, attentive, and has been in her professional field for over 19 years, I know this because of her graduation class photo on the wall :) Like all things in life, you don't know what it is you need in life til you venture out and find it. My first time visiting a chiropractor. When I came in she took my information and then tried to up-sell me, saying I could pay for 7 visits at a discounted rate. This is even before I had experienced anything, just initial intake. Felt much more like I was dealing with a salesperson than a chiropractor. I was treated and then left. The adjustment provided no relief and thankfully I found another female chiropractor in Union City who is absolutely incredible. On another note, the location is also very unprofessional. I had texter's thumb (De Quervain's tenosynovitis) and I received so many Physical therapy sessions, used braces, pain killer with only little improvement in the last year or so. I came across this place while on vacation and away from my regular chiropractor. I was in need of an adjustment due to pain and was able to do a walk in consultation/ adjustment and laser K therapy (which was introduced to me there by the Dr). She pin pointed the areas I was experiencing pain and did techniques on me I have never had done before. Needless to say I immediately felt better, she took it a step further due to severity of pain an introduced me to K laser---- it was about 15 min and done with safety glasses--- since I just got it done for first time today can't give feedback on results, but the doctor was kind enough to look up offices in my hometown where they have this technology available. Dr. Zereh is amazing, to get to the point. I've been to several different chiropractors and I can honestly say she's awesome. I had a neck injury while skiing and I went to two other chiropractors with not much results. After going to Dr. Zereh I left better within the first week. Her process is very precise. I had a 60minute massage and adjustment and I felt that they were very good quality relative to majority of chiropractors I've gone to. My masseuse was Gina, she is new to the practice, but has 25years of experience in massage. She was absolutely great and very intuitive when it came to knowing exactly where the pressure points were that would relieve all the tension on my back. She's very friendly and pleasant and made me very comfortable. Although, I completely forgot to tip her, and feel terrible! So Gina, if you're reading this, I will double my tip next time! You were fantastic. Dr. Zereh was also very good. Her assessments were quick but I feel they were relevant. I'm a molecular biology major, therefore I could say there was no BS. her adjustments were great and although she only did one side of my body, the side which I have a shorter leg, and therefore is the source of strain, I did not leave feeling unbalanced. I initially saw her for my lower back issues, then saw her for my shoulder, which has really been insturmental in my mobility , then for neck pain from a car accident & he even assisted with my severe sinus infection.
