I can't even express how much I LOVE coming to my weekly appointments here. I've only started coming here earlier this year, but Dr.Scott, Christina and Arnel has become like family to me. I have such lively conversations and SOOO MUCH laughter at every visit. But on a more serious note, the chiropractic work that I've received in these several months has really improved my overall health. Ever since high school I would suffer from countless amounts of migraines that would just shut me down- to the point I get nauseated and sometimes even throw up (sorry TMI). I would get these weekly or sometimes several times a week. BUT LET ME TELL YOU, since starting my adjustments here almost 5-6months ago , I have had maybe one migraine-a milder one at that. It's been such a game changer coming here. Dr. Scott and the team's goal is always your health and it really shows. At my first visit, Christina contacted my health insurance company to see if they would apply to these visits and when they said no, Dr. Scott offered me a financial plan that was super affordable so that I can still get the care that I need. I was really disappointed by my consult. First of all, the receptionist wouldn't tell me what the normal cash cost of an adjustment was and made me come in to do a consult first. So I did. At the consult, I wrote down all of my ailments on their forms and talked to Christina thoroughly about it upon entering the room. Dr. Scott comes in and asks me the same questions as if she didn't read my chart at all. She then got snappy for the rest of the session with a "matter of fact" attitude. I asked how she could track that things are being fixed in her 1x/week recommendation and she said "by feel". Then Christina tells me the pricing and says "this is normally $149 but it will only be $40" like some sales gimmick. I left quite skeptical about this but since she came as a referral I thought I'd try out her adjustment to see if she's good so made an appointment. Come to find, she emails me later that evening to tell me "I feel that I will not be able to meet your needs right now as I currently have an influx of New Patients." It sounds like Jennay L. had an unusual experience with Dr. Scott and Christina. I have been going to Dr. Scott since 2018 on a weekly basis. I have gone to approximately 3 different Doctors before her, in the Bay Area, and she is incredible! Dr Scott is passionate and loves what she does. In addition, she devotes her time and cares about each one of her patients. This may cause delay at times, but you are grateful when you need the extra assistance from time to time. The chiropractic work that I've received has also enhanced my overall health. This chiropractor is one of the wors. When it comes to car accident injuries they just want to make money. They will promise you everything that they will help you that they have a lawyer (Jack Bloxham) to help you that you can get a settlement that you deserve but that's not true. They just want to make money for themselves!!!! All the positive reviews in here are not true!! Those positive reveiws came from them but the reality is they will just make mo ey from you! I was a top USA boxer and one day I ruptured my lower disc and could not sit more than 30min and it was very painful, after weeks of treatment I was back to normal. I thought the purpose of an appointment was to be on time? I scheduled my first visit for 930 and at 10:15 I still have people telling me the Dr will be "right with me". They take walk in patients at the expense of making you wait if you were dumb enough to schedule an appointment and be on time. The staff is nice enough and the ambience is relaxing but that's about it and that's not quite enough. At 9:15 when I walked out because I could not waste an additional hour and a half for the exam itself, Dr. Scott did not apologize or anything. She made it seem like it was my fault that she has other patients and said they don't take appointments on time. WTH? This was basically like going to the DMV. I was really disappointed I did not get the "Dr. Scott" everyone was raving about. Never again. read more

Having seen other chiropractors and then being treated by Dr. Scott is like night and day. She really knows her stuff and few chiropractors have a nursing degree like she does. Others uses gimmicks and weird manipulations and then try to sell care packages. Not so with Dr. Scott. She will tell you if you need to return or not. If you're looking for a doctor that actually cares about your well-being and long term results, Dr. Scott is your BEST choice. I was treated by Dr. Scott when I was 17, for a car accident. That was almost EIGHTEEN years ago. I'm my 30's now, I got in a pretty bad accident a few months ago, and I was so bummed to find out she only had the Union City location now. I attempted to see a local Chiropractor in San Jose, but the service and the care was just not comparable. I now make the commute out from San Jose to Union City 2-3 times a week, because I always feel so much better after leaving her office. In addition to the great care and service, if you show up to your appointment late, or decide to drop in, she'll still take you in. That's such a great perk when it's hard enough to juggle family, work, and everything else going on. She's also been in practice for a very long time, so you would be in very good hands with her. read more

Dr. Diana Scott and her team are fantastic. I found her by friend referral and started going to her about 4 years ago at her old location in Santa Clara. Once she closed that location I just stopped going cuz i knew her other location was kinda far. Then one day I was in a lot of pain from a shoulder issue that was causing persistent headaches, so I started trying to find her. Now I drive from Los Gatos to union city about every two weeks because I feel so fantastic after the wonderful care they provide as well as the overall calming vibe of the office. I never feel rushed or sore afterwards because they take their time to make sure i am relaxed (almost to the point of drooling) before they start the adjustments. And you can't beat the price! So reasonable that I don't even mind the extra gas for the drive. Love you guys. Thx for taking such great care of me! read more

A few months ago, I was struggling with severe Trigeminal Neuralgia which made it difficult for me to open my jaw, chew or even touch my face. After countless unsuccessful hospital visits and seeing multiple neurologists and neurosurgeons , I was referred by my coworker to Dr. Scott. She examined every joint and bone in my body. She did an X-ray and explained everything that might be causing this severe pain. She worked on my face and neck with care and respect. I have been coming to Dr.Scott since early 2014. I am very cautious and picky when it comes to healthcare providers, especially chiropractic doctors. I met with Dr. Scott on a walk-in appointment. She showed great care and thoroughness by taking a lot of time to understand what was going on. She would not do any work without first doing an X-ray, which is a good sign. A chiropractic doctor should have an understanding about your complication BEFORE manipulating your spine, and she did just that. The staff is is also very attentive to your needs and prepping your muscles with treatments and heating blankets before Dr. Scott begins her work. I am very comfortable with the clean office and professional environment. My treatments have helped a lot and I continue to come for maintenance on my back. Dr. Scott is very knowledgable and has a warm personality. The cost for services is very reasonable as well. read more
