She worked fast to send referrals to MIR and specialist so my condition can be fixed ASAP. The plus side is they all (receptionist, assistants, and Dr. Singh) can speak fluent Spanish. Not that I need it, but I think its a plus since we live in Bay Area with diverse ethnicity. This place is hands down recommended by me for any injuries (through automotive accident or self injured). Looking for a new chiro to help mitigate problems without just slapping a bandaid on it. Dr Singh and her staff have been great. She is very attentive and really massages/fixes my trouble spots and offers suggestions to stretch, how to stretch and what to do to prevent it. There is no extra push for vitamins and she is up to date on her advice. (Last chiro I went to told me to buy vitamins for kickbacks and also my feet needed insoles because they can't be strengthened wtf). My back and neck have been feeling great with her adjustments. It was easy to call to confirm insurance coverage and to book appointments. They offer heat, roller table, massage and drop table adjustments. First time I visited this office on Sept. 07 due to a severe leg and hip pain and she ask her assistant to put heat pad on me and after that she massage me a bit with their heat cream on my back and that's it and told me to watch a you tube video for S.I. Pain Self Treatment: 4 Easy Exercises To Try For Sacroiliac Pain. Then after 2 days I called her office if I could see her on Sept. 09 and asked to be seen because the pain was totally severe than it was before because I can't even stand or walk straight with my left leg and again they just put me on heat pad and her assistant asked her if she will put me on the electric massage bed and I heard her saying it's fine after that she just massage me again with her heat cream and I beg her to do something also on my neck if possible and did one side only and that's it and told me that I don't need an X-ray and gave me a cool gel cream which didn't help at all and promised me that she will follow up with me on Sept 13 Monday on my condition but never did so I decided to see Dr. Faggiano a chiropractor in Fremont for better understanding and evaluation and did a lot of X-rays and seen him a couple of times now and he was surprised on my first visit to his office that X-rays was not done on my condition with Dr, Singh's office right away. After 2 visits with him (Dr. Faggiano) I'm getting more sleep due to less pain. I really suffered severe pain during visit to Dr. Singh, and I'm on slow therapy with the best chiropractor that I've just met. Yesterday was my first visit to Dr. Ria's office. Honestly, I wasn't super impressed when I first walked in because the waiting area had some trash on the floor and I waited about 15-20 mins after filling out the new client forms, which is okay. But once I was invited by Dr. Ria to come in, from that point on was a great experience. She spent a good hour and 15 mins with me. She took the time to ask many questions and listen to all the physical problems I was currently having and tried to dig into the past history as well. She gave some great suggestions on supplements/ vitamins. Her pleasing personality will make you feel very comfortable. The facility is not really new or fancy as some other chiropractic offices boast of, but it is big and definitely established. She made sure to take it easy on my first visit, focusing more on my comfort level. Given that I used to get regular Chiropractic care, I was familiar with a lot of the techniques she used, yet she always told me what she is about to do next and kept checking to see if I was comfortable. I had not been sleeping well for a few nights and after the treatment that day, I slept really well.
