I had come in a few times and was surprised by the professional and modern setup. The staff were very friendly and Dr. Lee made me feel welcomed. He adjusted my hip imbalance, and helped me get my orthotics to realign my hip and to help my flat feet. A couple months later I was in after a car accident and since Dr. Lee specialized in it. I felt comfortable going to him for my treatment. Throughout my treatment Lee helped with my pain management and helped healed my neck and back pain. I was experiencing really bad lower back pain. I couldn't walk or even sit in the car. My friends had to lift me into the office. I couldn't get out of bed by myself. Dr. Lee listened attentively to my story and very quickly attributed my lower back point to my SI joint. He confirmed by observing my gait, then feeling and pointing out the tight knots. He suggested ultrasound then electro therapy, and then chiropractic adjustments. There was some waiting, so it took about 1.5 hours total, but I felt I got good value out of the $70 visit. Most valuable to me was the SIJ diagnosis, as well as the knowledge and explanation. Really good staff and easy to get appt even though he sees many patients at a time, one does not have to wait too long. Dr. Lee himself is very efficient and nice but after an accident in April, I was unable to recover from a whiplash injury and the aches and pains just multiplied as proper care was not administered. For my first time enter this place, it was a sub chiropractor (not Dr. Lee), he did not exam me carefully before the treatment, which gave me a pelvis tilt and serve muscle strain on the lower back, which left me end up not being able to walk normally for at least 3 weeks, and I had to take sick leaves because of this incident. Oh wow where do I begin! My first time here was impeccable. The employees here are very welcoming and are very caring for the patients. Amy is one of the girls who work in the back office. She's always working diligently but won't hesitate to help out her fellow coworkers if needed. Shanyl is great with getting the patients to open up and helps them feel more at ease. The front desk was friendly and helped me figure out the paperwork quickly even though I got there a few minutes early. The office was clean and everything seemed organized. I didn't have to wait too long which was a plus. The assistant called me in and asked a few basic questions, took down notes, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The doctor came in shortly after and took the time to ask detailed questions about my issue. What I appreciated most was they didn't rush through and actually listened to what I had to say. They explained the possible causes and talked through a few steps I could take moving forward. I didn't feel pushed into anything. I was referred to Dr Haris Lee by a friend about 3 yrs ago when I had several upper and lower back issues and Spondylitis was killing me. Worst kind of pain I came across. Dr. Lee is a miracle worker. My lower right back pain, which he diagnosed as pain in my S.I. joint, brought me in for my first visit ever to a chiropractor. I didn't really know what to expect from the experience and I was blown away by the results. After a consultation and diagnosis, I was prepped with different muscle therapies to warm up and loosen. Dr Lee then performed the adjustment to my SI, and to be honest at first I didn't think anything changed. I think this was due to the fact I was expecting a huge crack sound but the adjustment really wasn't that loud / dramatic. I asked him are you sure you got it?? He said oh yes I got it! By the time I drove home, I stood up to get out of my car and walk in and it was like magic! No pain! During the first visit, Dr Lee said that my right leg was at first shorter than my left leg by about 2 cm due to the tightness in my SI on the right side. Just went in for my second visit today and he let me know there is much more flexibility in the joint now and also my legs are almost back to identical length, maybe a few mm off now only. He said it would require 2-3 visits to fix so we're right on track. The second adjustment... oh my goodness. It felt so freakin good and had a nice audible pop as my SI wasn't as tight as the first time. Oh man it felt so good and relaxing instantly. My back feels brand new and 10 years younger. Will be working on my upper back / shoulders / neck on my next visit. Will also be bringing in my wife to have her posture / upper back / shoulder pain evaluated. For anyone considering a visit to Dr Lee, yes it will be a game changer! There is no reason to live in pain. He will adjust you in a way that is impossible to do yourself at home. He is an expert with more than 2 decades of experience and it shows. There are a lot of people who Dr Lee is helping.
