Lucas and Autumn showed up after they had finished another job across town. They arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled but called first to insure we were ready for their services. They arrived wearing company uniforms and put on shoe covers to protect my floors. The job took less time than anticipated. They cleaned up everything nicely like they hadn't ever been there. Both employees were personable, answered my few questions and are a fine example of workers you want working in your home. The picture below shows at least 34 years since it's last cleaning, if ever. Our HVAC company owner told us that Better Air Northwest would be the only duct cleaning service that he would recommend, so we hired them to clean our HVAC ducting. We could not be happier with the results! Jake G and Cody showed up on time, and after a walk through to show them all of the vents, they got to work. We have 25 vents and four intakes. They finished the job way faster than we expected. Both Jake and Cody were extremely courteous and they worked like a smooth running machine, both handling their side of things in a seamless manner. Cody was inside the whole time, while Jake was under the house taking care of business there for a while. Their attention to cleaning would have made our housekeeper jealous. They cleaned around the vents before they started, then just inside and around it again after removing and cleaning the vent cover. After the duct was cleaned, they again, cleaned around the outside and then after the vent cover was reinstalled. After they were done, we were shown before-and-after videos of the ducts. We cannot recommend Better Air Northwest enough, and would use them again without hesitation. read more

We used Better Air Northwest back in 2018 and they did a phenomenal job. They explained the process of covering each air register to increase the suction at each register so debris/dust will have the best chance at making it to their vacuum. I appreciate them following industry standards to deliver the best possible outcome. Unfortunately this year we used another local company and their process was dismal, they left dust and debris in every room and did not cover each register. Wow. I am so happy our HOA told me to ask Better Air Northwest about installing new fans in our bathrooms and laundry room. I had talked to two other firms about the job. The first firm quoted a very high price without even coming out to see the job - and if I wanted them to see the job, they wanted $225 to do that. The second firm did come out to see the job but quoted an even higher price and refused to look in the attic to see the current venting. Melissa at Better Air NW sent out Eric and he was awesome. He jumped on a ladder, looked in the attic, checked out the entire job, and provided an electronic estimate the same day. They did not charge a trip fee for the estimate. The estimate was extremely reasonable. Scheduling the job to be completed with Melissa was super easy and through email -- which I always prefer. Edgar showed up on time, used plastic to protect everything and did an outstanding job. He was great with my dog, super nice, and easy to communicate with. Several hours into the job, Edgars team member, Matt showed up and gave him a hand in finishing the job. They left my house so clean. I've worked with a lot of vendors the last 40 years and usually I have to clean up even after they have cleaned up. This was probably the BEST experience I have had with a vendor ever. I recently had Better Air Northwest clean the dryer duct in my home. The duct had never been serviced since the home was built, and it was taking 2 to 3 times the "typical" amount of time to dry loads of laundry. Andres and Vlad came out and had the ductwork cleaned within a half hour. They provided us with pointers about how to maintain our clothes dryer to improve airflow through the ductwork. This is the second time I've had Better Air Northwest out to my home - last year, they cleaned the air ducts for my HVAC system.
