UPDATED 11/15/2025 After my complaint about the service the company offered to returned to reclean our vents and ducts in exchange for me either taking down the review or giving them 5 stars. The return job was completed somewhat satisfactorily. When they returned to complete the job, the owner kept making statements about me updating the review to 5 stars in exchange for coming back and completing the original job. Read the 4 star review on here, as it was the same with that person as it was with us. Just like everyone elses negative reviews the Groupon is a bait and switch. They came to our house told us everything was very dirty and that everything will need to be brushed no vacuumd so our Groupon was worthless. $450 for a half done job(see pictures of AFTER the original work was done). We requested a detailed invoice of the service and when we didn't receive it I called to find out what the delay was. The person I spoke to just kept reiterating the same thing over and over. How dirty everything was and how they cleaned it and I was to prove to him where it was still dirty. Mind you he was looking at this very same review while on the phone. The last red flag that is they only take venmo AND it goes to a private individual under the name Marlene Gomez Perez. Please do not use this company. read more

Worst service ever. They don't even look at the groupon you purchased. 4 guy come over speaking no English, then they call their boss who is the only one that speaks English. It's the biggest con, they lie to you about your duck service and change you $600 foe 15 min of work. I even caught them in a lie saying they cleaned my gas furnace and I told the English speaking dude he's a lie because I have an electric furnace. BEWARE Groupon "BAIT AND SWITCH" SCAM!!! I got a Groupon for a $45 HVAC vacuum job. Mike and his guys came out and literally, the first thing he asked when he walked in was, "How many vents are there?" I told him 13, and he said the charge would be $25 a vent, for a total of $325. I was confused and told him I only wanted the Groupon vacuum service. Mike said my vents were too dirty and the job was literally "impossible" to do without brushing first. The weird thing is, he said this BEFORE he opened up any vents to check how dirty they were. This means he had preemptively decided to lie about my HVAC being too dirty in order to charge me extra for brushing, probably because he assumed I (like most people) was totally ignorant about my HVAC system. What Mike DIDN'T know, is that I'm also a handyman and I was just working on our vents, patching holes and doing some cleaning myself. That's why I got the Groupon in the first place, so they could clean the last few parts I couldn't reach! Not only that, Roth Heating and Cooling came out and fully serviced them less than two years ago. The point is, my vents are not that dirty at all, a brief vacuum job would have been fine. When I refused this aggressive upsell, Mike got lowkey hostile and told me to get a refund for the Groupon, gathered up his guys, and left. But later when I tried to get a refund, Groupon told me that he refused to comply with a refund request. So he refused the job, then later refused the refund. Yup, that's called a scam. Lastly, look at the other negative reviews. They all match up with my experience. I see the "owner" replying and refusing to apologize or take any accountability for anything. I'm a first time homeowner and learning the ins and outs of what to do to care for my home, in a home that was previously owned by people that appear to have never done any maintenance at all. I learned today that dryer vent ducts and vents through the house should be cleaned yearly, after 4 years in my house (yikes!) and I panicked a little bit and started contacting people right away to help me get them cleaned up. They were able to come out same day, and had safety precautions in place given the COVID-19 situation- masks, gloves, booties. They also showed us before and after videos to show how much of an improvement they made. Wow!!! This white van pulled up, 3 men leapt out, grabbed their equipment and descended on my dusty house. They had it vacuumed and brushed in under an hour including a tune up and deep clean of my furnace. Mike told me a yearly vacuum of the vents and a tune up every few years on the furnace is good practice. *Mike called me and agreed to refund $210 in order to bring the total cost of this service to $520. He asked me to agree to post a 5 star rating as part of our agreement. I will state 5 stars for the service. I subtract 1 star due to the need to resort to posting online reviews to get a reasonable price. ** Bottom line, way overpriced, pushy sales tactics, job not complete job as promised. According to their website, the job that should have cost $249 (clean HVAC air vents and dryer) ended up costing $710. I succumbed to the high pressure and ended up paying extra to have all the vents brushed out. I used my dryer vent brush today and found residue in the vents. I can hear something rattling in the dryer vent. I only feel bad for the workers. They were nice and worked very hard, and Mike refused to let me speak with them at all. I wonder how much the workers actually get paid at the end of each day. In any case, I would be happy to pay the advertised price of $249, plus an extra $50 since my dryer vent is long. Plus another $100 since I have lots of vents and they did vacuum around stuff. $400 would have been reasonable, which is around 55% of what I was charged. Bought a Groupon to clean my vents and intake vent. First let me say they were quick with the appointment which was nice but what happened after was insane! They showed up the next day a little early for the appointment and as soon as they got here I was bombarded with a quick walkthrough to see how many vents I have while several others were hooking things up to ents and opening windows. let me tell you, my home is small and I have a ranch home with about a 20 foot vent running down a hall with 5 openings to the bedrooms, living room and bath as well as one vent off the furnace to the dining room. Running a cleaning brush would take about 5 min and a quick vacuum. The man called someone and I was handed the phone in which I found out I wasn't eligible for the groupon as I have two intake vents then I was informed they now wanted to charge me an additional $100 (for 2nd intake) as well as $25 (per vent opening not per vent) regardless of size as well as a vacuum of my furnace. Now the bill on top of my Groupon was going to be in excess of $350.00. The man telling me all this was on the phone and not here in person and was very pushy and definitely a hard sell man. He didn't like me telling him I could buy my own brush and ship vac my vents myself for about $50 and 30 minutes of my time! First time doing duct cleaning. Was skeptical at first but after he gave me a good deal and did a good job I feel great about hiring them.

I am a new homeowner and unfortunately fell victim to a home that hasn't been properly maintained in its previous ownership. Despite the home being 96 years old, it has had a lot of upgrades and modernization to it but for the last year, my husband and I have woken up every morning with congestion. We're both young and healthy and extremely active so this was never due to being sick. It wasn't until a friend told me that likely my air ducts and furnace needed to be cleaned out as I was likely breathing in a lot of "gunk". Our home is so old that our windows don't even open because they're lead however somehow we still had a great deal of dust and particles floating around the house; so much that I was dusting every other day. I'm smart enough to do my research ahead of time and call around for quotes. I called 6 places before reaching Mike with Best Solutions and I am so glad that I took the time. He answered his phone right away the day before Christmas (most places were closed) and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and all that they entailed. We scheduled a free inspection for a few days later and sure enough, our ducts and furnace were absolutely filthy and filled with construction material from the remodel prior to our move in. Mike encouraged me to be a part of the process by showing me what he was doing. Not only was I able to gain a better understanding of how HVAC systems work but I couldn't help but be almost disgusted with seeing the amount of dust and cobweb material that we have been breathing in. All of this and I'm thinking that this is my "go-to" HVAC guy going forward. There is no way I'll buy another house without him looking at the systems first. He's got over 10 years experience and is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. Mike and Nadev completed a full dryer vent cleaning (caked with dryer lint), an air intake cleaning, full air duct clean and scrub and a furnace clean and scrub. The amount of dust and debris was almost alarming and I'm certain the air quality in our house will be improved, leaving us to breathe better and helping lower our gas and electric bills now that the systems won't have to work as hard. They were quick and efficient, these guys are hard workers and offered all of this work at a beyond reasonable price. In fact, my quote was lower than all the other places I called for a clean.
