They showed up on time the ladies were nice for 1700 square the estimated cleaning time was about five hours for two people. Price went from around 303 to around 400 something for a deep clean this is about a, 35 percent increase... Because they needed an extra 2 more hrs.... This equates to around 60.00 an hr. For 2 people... Or about a dollar a min. They did do a good job.. But was not expecting it to be over 400.00 for a one time clean... I would use them again if they reduced there rates or the lady's worked faster to clean in the amounted 5 hrs. They did knock off 10 percent... They did a super job on my carpets, especially the Berber on both sets of my stairs. I had no idea how filthy the stairs were until they started cleaning them. I wish I could give a better review, but this service was the biggest disappointment I've had in a long time. I had to clean my house after they left. I found dirt and a bug on the floor of one room. I found dirt on granite in one room, undusted places, filthy baseboards, dirty items in the kitchen, smears on my refrigerator, and a throw rug that wasn't touched. There was a footstool that was left upside down on a chair. Other items were not returned to where they belonged. I was given a 25% refund, which should have been higher. Their equipment really did a fantastic job on a 16 years old carpet. With a newborn baby it was important to really get a deep cleaning done properly, price was very competitive , Enriquec was our cleaning tech and I would highly recommend him to any of my family /friends. My husband and I needed to have our carpet cleaned for a final inspection of the rental house we moved out of. We have 3 large dogs so the carpet needed some special cleaning. Overall service was OK. Counters, oven, microwave and surfaces were cleaned very well but not spotless. Ladies were on time and masked which was appreciated. There were minor things that could be improved -- such as reorganizing of counter items after the surface was cleaned. Things were left just kind of strewn on the counter & other areas in the bedroom, and not placed back in their proper position. I hired Better Choice Cleaning to clean my couch. They were very responsive when I asked for a quote and were the most attentive out of any of the companies I contacted. They were very polite and had great customer service. I would even message on Yelp at odd hours and always got a response. I live in an apartment building and they were still able to come service my couch with their portable washer. The fee was $100 which I thought was reasonable since they came up to my apartment and also they cleaned the couch very thoroughly. Cleaners were good but the company doesn't quote prices in a manner to let you know the full cost. I was quoted an hourly charge for cleaning as it was "the first time" they came out. But then even with an hourly charge it was extra to clean ovens and refrigerator (even the cleaning ladies didn't really know that). I will not use them again as they weren't honest with pricing and became a very expensive cleaning and my issue was it was unexpected.
