The bar itself is grossly understaffed with about a 10 minute greeting time from the single bartender. While that's excusable, the fact that the staff does not try to regulate rowdy customers or moderate clearly inebriated patrons is highly concerning. Among the several instances that I've visited, I have been evicted simply for requesting that an aggressive patron stand down. The staff exhibits no care for its guests, no understanding or hospitality. I would rather put my business somewhere that I know it will be valued and protected, somewhere I can feel safe at. Overall, with more trained and adequate staffing, RBI could be phenomenal. However, this is not the case at present and your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.
