The wait staff and management at 3rd base are what make it a Cheers type vibe. Don't sleep on it or be fooled by the unassuming outside. The place is dated, but very clean, fast, super welcoming, exceptional at what they do, a well oiled machine, and delicious! The building is a nice wooden structure with ample parking and an outdoor seating area. Once inside, the beautiful wood theme continues holding a few tables and some bar seating. On the night that we went, there were about six Railhead beers on tap with one non-Railhead cider available as well. The beers were a good assortment including a Kolsch, IPA, Sour, etc. I had a flight of 4 and they were all good. On the food side, we had a personal pizza and a soft pretzel, but they also offer a cheese plate, candied bacon and more. The pizza was absolutely the best that I've had anywhere in the area and the pretzel was delicious as well. The pretzels are made fresh each day (so when they run out, they run out for the day). Watching the pizza cooking in the wood fired oven, with a nice cold beer in my hand was a truly beautiful thing. I should mention that they have 10 different pizzas on the menu, plus a special of the day which means that they had a bigger selection of pizzas than beers and that was just fine with us. Again, everything was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were fair. What more could you ask for?

I also ordered a side of white Alabama sauce, it was so delicious. Plenty of seating inside and a ton of varied seating outside with a lot of shade from sun. We almost left when we saw the long line out the door, so glad we stuck it out. We waited about 30 minutes just to order. Then the sign said "45 minutes to get your food after you order". Thankfully ours came in 20 minutes. Worth the wait if it took longer though. I would go back frequently if it wasn't a full hour from my house, but I'm already dreaming of going back. Among the several instances that I've visited, I have been evicted simply for requesting that an aggressive patron stand down. The staff exhibits no care for its guests, no understanding or hospitality. I would rather put my business somewhere that I know it will be valued and protected, somewhere I can feel safe at. Overall, with more trained and adequate staffing, RBI could be phenomenal. However, this is not the case at present and your money is definitely better spent elsewhere.
