Regarding time, it's only one hour and that time can be stolen away from idle time in front of the TV or social media, and regarding not knowing what to do when you get there, the classes are preset templates, and the coaches are there to show you how to do the exercises and will keep track of time in each block for you. Results Driven Fitness is not a typical gym.... it's a place where you go when you want to feel stronger, healthier and over all your best. The owner and the staff are there for you 500%. It feels like a community of people who support and encourage each other . It's almost like a cup of hot chocolate... warm and inviting. Since being there my body as well as my inner being feels incredible. I can do things I couldn't think of 5 months ago ... amazing .

When you workout, have fun finding any of the equipment you need, as everything is scattered all over the place. Barbells on the floor, weight plates on the floor where you can easily trip, nothing is in place. I understand there are signs to tell people to put weights back in place but it's obvious they do not. So instead of sitting on counters on your cellphone maybe go around the building and put the crap away. What else are they getting paid for?
