I have been a member here for 5 years but truthfully only been consistent for the last 2 perilous I was a flake and also working multiple jobs. The owner Frank is a gem, from day 1 he and his wife have always been supportive and always over deliver to their members. This gym is a place where people of all ages, fitness levels and body types get together to workout. I love the attitude and support of the community. I remember my first few months just wanting to stick to myself and get in and get out but it's just impossible! The staff is super helpful, friendly and they really genuinely make you believe that anyone can do it! But not in just a pipe dream but reality. I used to run a 14 minute mile in now down to under 9! If you have seen a Crossfit video, meme, joke and roll your eyes at the thought of Crossfit and the "Bro" culture that comes it it don't worry this place is not that. It is people who want to help you achieve your goals though fitness and nutrition. Solid community, staff, facilities and ownership make this an easy 5 Stars!

I decided to sign up for the Wiped Out 4 week classes here at Body Physics and it was the best decision I could have made. It's hard. It brutal. But it's worth it. You CAN do it. I was the biggest, heaviest (and the youngest) one in the class. Everyone was supportive and encouraging. Cindy is tough but kind. She builds you up without tearing you down. Wiped Out is a circuit-type training with around a dozen stations and no workout is the same. I would recommend Body Physics for anyone looking for a change, anyone wanting to challenge themselves and anyone that wants to see results. Prices are on the higher end compared to the area but don't let that deter you.

I started training with Sean, Ken and Cat and felt results after only one week. After a month or two the weight was coming off and all i did was attend classes and make some minor changes to my diet. After 6 months I was down 40 lbs and felt in the best shape of my life and again I only changed a few things in my diet. At the age of 50 i was able to achieve my life long dream of climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa!
