He never pressured us and always took the time to make sure we understood everything before moving forward. The installation team was professional, the workmanship looks great, and the communication throughout the project was excellent. If you're considering solar, I highly recommend asking for Jon Bernal. One thing that stood out immediately was that their pricing was highly competitive with the other companies I considered. While pricing was important, what really set SunMade apart was that they hold both solar and roofing licenses. This gave me additional confidence because I previously had a bad experience with another solar company that damaged my roof, failed to fix the problem, and later went out of business, leaving me to pay for the repairs myself. Our sales representative, Jon Bernal, was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. There was one item that the system designer later clarified, and although it wasn't a major issue, Jon personally reached out to notify me of the changes. That level of integrity and accountability meant a lot to me and demonstrated that he genuinely cares about his customers. The installation crew was professional, arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and communicated well throughout the process. After installation, I noticed a section of concrete that had become uneven due to settling. I contacted SunMade, and they returned within days to correct the issue and followed up to ensure everything was satisfactory. That kind of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. The entire process moved efficiently. Our first meeting with Jon was on March 28, we signed on March 30, the system was installed on April 27, the meter collar was installed on May 13, and we received Permission to Operate about a week later. Jon also helped us identify and secure available rebates. I would also like to thank Tara in the office. When I needed copies of my contract documents, she provided them promptly and without hesitation. Another positive observation is that the owner, Oz, appears to be actively involved with the company and personally responds to customer reviews. I noticed this during my initial research and felt it reflected a company that values customer feedback and satisfaction. At the time of this review, SunMade Solar Energy held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Based on my experience, they delivered competitive pricing, excellent communication, professional workmanship, and outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend SunMade Solar Energy to anyone considering solar for their home.

When I called, I was treated very nicely on the phone and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. Diagostic appointments are $89 during the week and $149 on Saturday. Our technician, Wes, was very professional, on time and easy to talk to. He came out and checked the unit (we needed a different fuse) and turned the unit on and got it running. I was very happy with the service from the ladies in the office to Wes our technician. Just a heads up, they have a monthly maintenance plan ($12.95 a month) that they will try and sell you. It includes an annual check of your A/C unit and of your heater. Any additional work or service calls are then 20% off. Just an FYI, if it is a good deal for you, then I would suggest getting it, if not, they will still service you. Thank you Honey's for making our experience a Sweet One!

    I had a whole house fan installed by The Whole House Fan Company out of Fresno. After about seven…read moreyears the wireless wall switch went out. Called the company to do a repair and they were not really excited to come up from Fresno to replace the switch. At least that was the vibe I got from the woman who I spoke with. Right away I was not happy with their customer service. I checked Yelp and saw Cosmic Comfort installed whole house fans. I called and the woman who assisted me was upbeat and positive that they could fix my problem. I scheduled an appointment and Adam came out. Nice kid. Climbed in the attic and confirmed that the unit was good and needed a new switch. I decided to get a hard-wired switch and an appointment was scheduled. One thing I really liked was the communication through text messages. They also send you a photo of the technician that is responding to your house. I appreciated that and it makes good business sense. Issac and Freddie came out a few days later and completed the project. They were professional and the installation looked good. Isaac tested the switch and showed me how to use it. He had a tablet and processed my credit card through it. Easy peasy. Let's face it, electrical work is not cheap, but I felt it was a reasonable price especially considering my wife would stop reminding me that we needed to get it fixed before summer! I was happy with the whole process.
