Aaron is quick to communicate via text or phone call, and they got out to my house quickly for a quote. My solar system has been working great for years now. The pool solar is new (and already working great!) but they were quick to get me in the schedule, and worked with the guy who had to do some cement work in conjunction with their install. Nick went over everything with me after install, including how to winterize the system. They're responsive to follow-up questions and quick to address any issues - even long after their work is done and payment is received. Would definitely recommend. Great company.

This gave me additional confidence because I previously had a bad experience with another solar company that damaged my roof, failed to fix the problem, and later went out of business, leaving me to pay for the repairs myself. Our sales representative, Jon Bernal, was professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. There was one item that the system designer later clarified, and although it wasn't a major issue, Jon personally reached out to notify me of the changes. My parents purchased solar from a HORRIBLE company that sounds a lot like 'SunFun'. After they passed away, and the house was sold...we were STILL making the monthly payments for over a year!!! That SunFun organization REFUSED to transfer the solar to the new homeowner, and eventually stopped taking or acknowledging our calls. It wasn't until we had to threaten the new homeowner with a lawsuit that SunFun finally transferred ownership. Due to this, we could not trust any of these solar companies...that is, until Kevin Bedard came to our home, and explained everything in great detail to my husband and I. That same week, we spoke to two other families who shared their positive experiences about Ambrose Solar that made us feel that we would be in great hands.
