The clinician who saw me was eager to diagnose my issue as a virus that needed to run its course rather than listening to me when I advocated for myself since I knew what was wrong. It's super close to me but I'll hesitate to return in the future. I'd rather go to Patient First for a slightly better experience.

I will say be ready to wait unless you come when they first open. I recently brought in my family member to get an injury checked out. From start to finish my family member was here for 2 hours. The upside is that the patient care was okay, but the wait is ultimately the downside.

I spent over an hour calling ENT doctor's office within a 40 mile area. No offices had any appointments for at least 2.5 weeks. Yesterday I tried Dr. Brager office after 3 tries to reach someone. Finally a person not a recording answered the phone. They said come to the office today, what a pleasant surprise. We arrived at the office and waited about 40 minutes to be seen. It was upsetting at first to wait but Dr. Brager was great. He evaluated my son, explained the treatment and called in a prescription. He even told the pharmacist a substitution medication that saved us over $50 compared to the urgent care prescription. Although Dr. Brager's office is about 1 hour away, it was worth the ride and I'll return there again.

She quickly put him at ease thanks to her friendly professionalism, and got in & out of his nose as gently as could be expected. His rapid test came back negative but they suggested the 72 hour one to rule out false negative. We were so relieved that Tamika was the person who came back out because she had already establish trust with him and then was really cool explaining to him the difference between the first and second test - in how they feel and in how long they take, and why. When someone takes the time to make sure my kid understands what's happening, I find it so refreshing and praise worthy. OK so I made this appointment by phone, they got us in within the hour, we were early and they came out to see us promptly. It's a pull up so everything was done curbside The lady who helped me make the appointment was very patient with all my questions, (this is our first time getting a Covid test) I mean just so friendly and kind about it. ... Tamika was perfect (as described). ... and then the lady who came out to deliver the results and recommend the second test was also just so good about explaining all of it and treating my son as worthy of understanding reasons. Our feeling is that the prescriber should have informed my husband of the exorbitant cost. His eye doctor subsequently prescribed an antibiotic that cost $17 and cured the problem. Recently our 6 yo granddaughter was seen at this clinic for sores on her mouth, arms and legs. They did a culture, said it would be back in 2 days. It is now 8 days later and no culture results. Thankfully her pediatrician took care of the problem. My advice is to avoid this clinic.​

My co-pays was same as a specialty doctor. It is important to ask if they are in-network. Clean waiting area. The young lady that took my blood pressure, pulse and tempature was very nice and professional. The overall look of this place is really nice. My room was clean and welcoming. The doctor, Dr. Carla McLain, was awesome. She was very confident, knowledgeable, and professional. Very pleased with this clinic. I was all finished by 2:15pm . **Update 1/31/2019 They called me 3 days later to check on me! That was awesome customer service.
