Betty's is a full on experience. First off, the atmosphere feels like you are in Peru and the woman who work here are very genuine and proud of their roots. The food is spectacular. To top it off they have fresh eggs you can buy by the dozen for a fair price, the yolks are much more vibrant than store bought. This place is a gem! read more

OMG! What a wonderful little restaurant in Bellevue. Have wanted to try this establishment, and they did not disappoint. Lomo saltado was delicious. Ceviche simple was delicious (although I would have appreciated some chips), and the weekend only chicken soup with noodles (can't remember the name) was fantastic! We can't wait to go back. Loved this place so much! There's a lot of menu options to choose from, the food is absolutely phenomenal, and there's sooo much of it! It tasted so good that I just kept on eating, even though I got really full. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself is also very-very clean and cozy with cute peruvian decor. I will definitely be coming back, and if I lived in the area - they would definitely see me there regularly! Highly recommend! read more
