Met the owner Dave playing Golf so we visited the establishment last night and WOW. Great looking place with excellent friendly employees. The menu has lots of variety especially pizzas. We ordered the #1 The Carnivore added the jalapeño and garlic and requested the spicy sauce. It was perfect. We Laos loved the dough. It was well made and delicious. You can also have beer and wine. Not sure what's happening here but this place that used to be amazing is going downhill fast. The pizza is supposed to be 13 inches but as of late look way smaller but the price keeps getting higher. The quality is sub par with it either being burnt or thrown together with no care. The owner is awesome but the staff is a bunch of kids who have no interest in actually working. While waiting I watched them eat food then go back to prepping pizza with no gloves, be on their phones and drop utensils on the ground, pick them up and continue using them. Thai Chicken Pizza and Garlic lovers were both good. The sauce on the Thai pizza reminded me slightly of peanut butter consistency so I wasn't prepared for it to be thicker but I enjoyed it. Would like to return again when the dining room is open and try more flavors. Great pizza and dough; highly recommend. Pizzas came out quickly and were delicious. I ordered To go and it was ready when I showed up. The pizza was hot and the staff was pleasant . I would rate the pizza a 6.5 out of ten. Crust had good flavor , ingredients wer good. Sauce was average . The crust had a lot of flop, so much that the ingredients would roll off making it difficult to eat. I like my crust cooked more at least so you can hold the whole piece of pizza while you eat it . I was here a few years ago and it was only take out . It's now open for in house dinning. This place is awesome. They have by far the best pizza in the valley. They have lots of tables so it's good for take out or dining in. It's definitely a family friendly place and I've been here numerous times with my large family. I always order a Caesar salad which is only 4.50 for a large bowl of salad. The dressing is good and the salad is fresh and tasty! Besides pizza they also have pretty good sandwiches and pasta. However, I would be sure to order pizza here! The pizza is so good. The best part is the crust! It has a unique spice or something that gives the pizza great flavor. It's also the perfect thickness. My two favorites here are the wood river supreme and the Thai chicken. They load up the toppings and it's also pretty cheap. A plain cheese is only 12 bucks and their "gourmet" pizzas are 20. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good quality and affordable pizza. read more

The pizza here is the best I've ever had. The salads are fresh. There is an awesome loyalty program (punch card). The beer is cold and served in a frosty glass. The people are friendly and accommodating... but most importantly I've been served by the same employees here for 10 years. They have the same tired but happy smiles every night. I have been going to South Valley Pizza for many years and have always been treated with great respect. Tonight the man serving me was beyond rude. I was served a to go salad with barely any greens. I have also gotten this salad for years so I know this salad was not typical. I asked for more greens and he told me there was plenty in the box. I explained it isn't wasn't like I was used to. He grabbed the box, chopped few more greens and added them to the box. When he handed the box back he said, " Be gone with you I don't want to see you again." I was flabbergasted and tried to talk to him but he kept yelling, Be be gone with you and throwing his arms up. I yelled, "Fine I'll let my friends know about you and your poor service. He yelled back, " Awww you think you'll make me lose all of my customers?" It makes me extremely sad because South Valley has been one of my favorite places to eat and definitely has the best pizza. read more
