I had an appointment for a pedicure and color removal from my hands and feet. I chose this salon because I was in the area and saw their 4.8-star Google rating. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. I paid $62 + $10 tip. I got the vibe that regular customers may receive more care. The tech removed the color using only an electric file, with no foil or acetone, and repeatedly cut my skin. She was heavy-handed, making the process uncomfortable and painful. I'm writing this review the next day and my big toes are swollen and infected. Maybe it was just an off day, but my experience unfortunately did not match the positive reviews. read more

We were looking for a last minute pedicure spot after lunch at Minasa and they were able to get two of us in immediately on a Saturday afternoon. I did the Betty's Deluxe Pedicure, and it was one of the best I've ever had. I didn't even realize how much dead skin I had until seeing it all come off, and the leg and foot massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep multiple times. They did a great job with the color, and I would definitely return. read more

Was acknowledged upon entrance, inquired on availability for a pedicure, could be taking immediately since had only one customer and 4 employees. I've come to this salon multiple times now for gel manicure and pedicure. At first, I thought they were overpriced. But after researching other salon prices, they're pretty comparable. I like how the workers take their time on you, especially on pedis! They give you quick hand massages after a nail set and the massage chairs make the experience even better. All the workers here are vietnamese, so you will hear them speaking in their dialect. They do haircuts and color here also. I, myself, haven't got my hair done by the only male worker here. I've been coming to this salon for the past 5 years. Since it used to be Salon Jolie. The workers are all nice and they're customer service is awesome. The new owners are always nice too! They have new technicians most times I would come in but all of them are great! I love how they take their times cleaning your nails. They always ask if you're okay during the service. Every time I would go to other salons, I feel like I always have to come back here because I just love their customer service. I drive all the way from Aiea to Waipahu to get my nails done every 1-2 months. Even though they can be a little pricey, I think its worth it. read more

I've been coming here for years through 3 different owners and have always had a good experience....until today. Came in for a manicure and to get gel nails. The nail tech (an older lady) helping me gave me cuts on THREE of my fingers. I kept having to pull back my hand because it was hurting. I didn't realize that three of my fingers were bleeding until she put lotion on them and started massaging my hands. When I looked down at them, she happily pointed out where she gave me cuts. Now I've been getting my nails done for years and have gotten cuts once in a while...but the nail tech has always been super remorseful about it. The nonchalant attitude that she had about it seriously pissed me off. I was so upset about it that I didn't even paint my nails and refused to pay. The owner apologized profusely; however at that point I was so upset I left. If you ever go here...Cindy is the best worker here but she'll be going on maternity leave soon so I'll have to find somewhere else to go in the mean time. read more

I really do love the service here and I been coming here even before it was Betty's. But I'll admit that I went home pretty irritated today to pay for a $70 pedicure plus the tip. Yes I got the $35 for deluxe plus gel and I got it faded. I'm pretty sure I used to get the same exact thing in the past but I know I would never pay that much for a pedicure. Came here this morning to do my pedicure and manicure. The lady Tina gave me cuts around my toenails and now it is sore and swollen. Though Tina is very nice. She did my waxing as well which is okay. Came in to just get an acrylic set and they did dip powder that wasn't even done well. They made me bleed and the design was not nice and opaque, she only did one coat and the end product was bumpy 10/10 do not recommend coming to this place for your nails. Total waste of money read more

Work But they rip you off you go in for a full set of nails and it's only supposed to be a certain amount and then the next thing you know you leave and they've done something completely different to you they gave me on dipped nails which I didn't ask for I asked for acrylic and it was twice as much so I won't be going back there again used to go there since logically but they are a rip off they want extras for everything lost a customer. read more

4 star only because the worker kept insisting to upgrade my deluxe pedicure to their highest pedicure deluxe which only had a 10min more different massage and some kind of oils to have a better relaxing experience. Came here with a friend for resin acrylic & it a terrifying experience and the aftermath was horrific. One of my nails wasn't perfectly clipped so it was not straight like you can literally tell how it's not leveled like the rest of my nails. I get it resins becomes very hot when placed under LED light but instead of telling me (first timer) Betty herself kept laughing and admitted that she forgot to turn it off and on. I gave it a 2 star because their waxing was not that bad of an experience. I just don't recommend getting my nails done here as Betty herself was just very unprofessional doing my nails. She rushed and unlike my nail technician she really take her time to correct the minor polish that overlaps my nails. I only came here for a date with my friend and it was just not a good experience. I came here to do my pedicure. They didn't ask what shape I want , cut it very short until my toes was hurts . Also cut me couple times. When I ask to fix messed up nails that looked differently , they started to argue with me and trying to cut even more shortly. I asked them to fix they wanted extra charge for it!!!!!! Hate those people and costumer service the worst I ever got in my life!!!!!!I paid for different looking nails! Cuts and blood! And disrespect!!!!!! Tomorrow going to do my blood test! She didn't ask how I wanted my nails cut, so she cut it way too short and not in the shape that I want.
