It was strange incident since no one was touching it, it just exploded and shattered. Luckily no one was injured by the shattered glasses. I called and Greg told me it happened sometimes, and Google Search also indicated sometimes that can happen. Turns out there's no warranty on the glass door itself. I wonder how can a product like that has no warranty! Anyway, it's not Greg's fault, Greg did the installation great, but I'm just unhappy an expensive glass door self-explode after just 2 years.
