I might live in South OC, however I love the service that I have received multiple times from ANAHEIM Glass... I had bought some second hand end tables for my bedroom about 2-3 years ago. I repainted them and figured I needed to put glass on them to save the tops from water glass marks, etc. so I called and ordered 2 pieces of glass, gave them the measurements and picked up the pieces and was thoroughly satisfied with everyone I spoke with. I know this is a small job, and Anaheim Glass treated me like I got all new windows! Moving forward a few years later, I accidentally dropped a full water glass and it cracked the glass a bit. Why the low rating? I'd give them a zero if I could. The guy Tim at Anaheim Glass was nice enough and he tried, hence the 1-star. But OMG - if you need a window boarded up - DO NOT CALL THEM! It was the worse 6.5 hours of my life! I had a patio window door vandalized and Anaheim Glass was recommended to me by my insurance agent. Here's the list of why it was the worst experience of my life: 1. Didn't come in an hour like Tim said. 2. Took the guy almost 3 hours to find my home - he got lost! Imagine getting lost with Google Maps! My son even stood at the end of the driveway waving him down and he drove right past him! 3. The guy has no sense of direction! He turned east instead of west! He turned south instead of north. 4. The guy came in socks and flip flops to board up my patio door - a workers comp claim waiting to happen! I was scared for him! 5. The guy cut the plywood in the wrong size. Had to do it again and my son had to help him hold the board while he cut it correctly the 2nd time. 6. The guy cleared the remainder of the glass from the door to the inside instead of towards the outside! He didn't even put a tarp to cover my hardwood floors! Needless to say more shattered glass fell onto my hardwood floors. We had to tell him to please knock the shattered glass from inside of the house to the outside. I won't even begin to tell you all the scratches on my hardwood floor! 7. The guy didn't wear gloves so he cut himself. We had to get antiseptic and bandages for him and helped bandage him up. 8. Charged me $280 for the board up, but should have given me $150 back since we assisted with most of the work. In short - a nightmare! Don't get me wrong here - the guy was also nice enough - just inept for the job he was called to do. When Anaheim Glass called to see how the service was I told them what happened. The gal promised to get back to me and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! This is NOT a company you can depend on! read more

Little perplexed and rarely leave reviews but I felt it was only right to warn fellow vintage vehicle owners who thought this glass shop was competent to install a simple flat, clear piece of glass in their vehicle frame. I had it done for top dollar, 6-months ago. All was well, until the other day ago a clam-shell chunk fell off in the corner. Nothing hit the windshield, the vehicle is rarely driven being almost 100-years old and all. Overall dissatisfied. Called to give them an opportunity to make it right, they said it would be the same price to re-install another windshield. That's a sign these guys are not the best to deal with when it comes to your classic car. They should stick to residential and commercial dwellings and leave cars to the pros. read more

Was referred to Anaheim Glass by Milgard Windows as warranty had expired on a fixed window pane which started deteriorating in April 2019. A tiny blemish started growing in between the exterior and interior glass to what you see on the left of the photo below in Jan 2020. Spoke with Buzz and was promptly setup with an inspection of the window whose details I had emailed to him. Israel came by and took measurements of the window and within a few weeks, window was ready for delivery and install. Israel was courteous, kind, warm, knowledged and happy to describe the process of changing the pane while I looked on as I found it fascinating. Anaheim Glass did a wonderful job replacing the glass in our home that included some very large panes of glass. The glass was the original 58 year old plate glass with several over sized 12' x 6' panes - I wanted to find a company with an excellent reputation for handling extremely large glass for safety reasons. Julio and 3 others did an excellent job of removing and replacing the glass and wore masks the entire time they worked.
