    I wish a zero start would be an option. The product quality is terrible. I have been ordering parts that fail yearly. What a shame.

    The only positive experiences I had with this company were the woman who scheduled my appointment…read more(she was great to work with) and Felix arrived at my house on time and my microwave now works. I was told by the scheduler and Felix that the service call was $85. After arriving, Felix pulled my drawer microwave out, put it on the counter and opened it up. I was working from home in the room next to the kitchen (with the door open). I came out and checked on him, every 10-15 minutes. He never said anything to me. About 45 minute later, he put the microwave back, asked for help with the plug and say it was working and that there was something shorting it out inside and that he had cleaned it and the it was working. That was the first thing he had said to me since he had started work. He asked for a cup of water to test the microwave. He then told me I would be $385 dollars. There was never a discussion of the work he was undertaking or that he was doing anything beyond looking inside the microwave. He got defensive when I pointed out that he had not given me a quote for work beyond the service call and did eventually come down but not after trying to bully me. He started quoting replacement costs for parts that he did not replace (that were also covered under the warranty so not even relevant). Even after he came down in price for the work, he tried to guilt me by showing me invoices for unrelated work on other microwaves. It was incredibly unprofessional. While he was clearly qualified, I would avoid this company or at least be prepared to know your rights as a consumer and be ready to advocate for yourself when it comes time to pay the invoice. We won't use them again.

My story: Overall, the service and work was fine. But this negative review is related to the poor communication and shady billing practices that I experienced with them. Normally I would not care about a discrepancy of so little, but not being transparent about true service costs is misleading to consumers. During the entire repair process, I had been told that I would be charged $360 for parts and labor. When it was time to pay, I asked for an invoice and was presented with a total of $360. So far so good. When I presented a $15 coupon from their own website so that I could pay $345 total, I was told that I "already received a new customer discount of $35" and that the $15 coupon isn't valid. I checked the invoice again. Nowhere did it say I was getting $35 off. Shouldn't the parts and labor have totaled $395 then? Why was a $395 total never communicated to me? Why was I never told I was receiving a discount until I inquired about using a coupon? When I asked for clarity, I was told that techs "forget" to put the discounts on invoices... They clearly ALSO forget to put true totals for service and parts. Suspicious. Dishonest. Disappointed. Attaching the coupon I tried to use, the invoice I was sent, and screenshot of our convo.

I was having issues with my refrigerator, so I contacted them via their website form. The owner (Mr. "Tad" Tadeusz) called me shortly after I submitted the form (talk about quick response!), and I explained the symptoms. Dude just straight up said "Ahh that's an ice-build-up in the fan housing." He proceeds to tell me how to fix it, that it's straight forward, and to call him back if it didn't work. Modern fridges with the freezer in the bottom has so many shelves and such that it blocked my view of the vents and the ice build-up. When i removed all the shelving, I finally saw some ice buildup in the vents, just as Mr Tad assumed what had happened. I mean I wouldn't have minded for them to come and to pay for a professional to give my fridge a once-over to ensure it's tip-top shape. But I did as he said, and the issue resolved!!! As instructed, he told me thoroughly clean all the seals, and turn off the fridge to defrost the freezer so it all melts. I finally ate most of the food to do as instructed, I placed what remaining food in coolers, and gave the fridge a good clean and melted all the ice. Issue resolved!!!! No wonder the previous owner kept Mr Tad's business' stickers all over the house. I'm glad he did! Now I have my go-to appliance man for life!!! This kind of integrity is incredible! The man with decades of experience, knew the issue over the phone immediately, and gave me DIY instructions! I'm a consultant and I charge clients for my experience and advice because that's my job. Mr. Tad is a better man than me!!!

As she walked us through pricing and our options, she asked us to please see her if we were to move forward with our order, as they work on commission. She had invested so much time in us that we felt she was owed our purchase. She told us we should expect a call from her on Monday with updates on pricing. Monday came and went without hearing from her. I sent her an email to follow up, but never got a response. I was so surprised! After all the time she spent helping us, we thought she'd want to process our order. We had everything ready to go but never heard back, so we ultimately went with another store where we got a response. It was such a strange experience and I'm not sure where the breakdown was. Great in store experience, but then no follow up.
