I was having issues with my refrigerator, so I contacted them via their website form. The owner (Mr. "Tad" Tadeusz) called me shortly after I submitted the form (talk about quick response!), and I explained the symptoms. Dude just straight up said "Ahh that's an ice-build-up in the fan housing." He proceeds to tell me how to fix it, that it's straight forward, and to call him back if it didn't work. Modern fridges with the freezer in the bottom has so many shelves and such that it blocked my view of the vents and the ice build-up. When i removed all the shelving, I finally saw some ice buildup in the vents, just as Mr Tad assumed what had happened. I mean I wouldn't have minded for them to come and to pay for a professional to give my fridge a once-over to ensure it's tip-top shape. But I did as he said, and the issue resolved!!! As instructed, he told me thoroughly clean all the seals, and turn off the fridge to defrost the freezer so it all melts. I finally ate most of the food to do as instructed, I placed what remaining food in coolers, and gave the fridge a good clean and melted all the ice. Issue resolved!!!! No wonder the previous owner kept Mr Tad's business' stickers all over the house. I'm glad he did! Now I have my go-to appliance man for life!!! This kind of integrity is incredible! The man with decades of experience, knew the issue over the phone immediately, and gave me DIY instructions! I'm a consultant and I charge clients for my experience and advice because that's my job. Mr. Tad is a better man than me!!!

We were able to stack the washer and dryer on our own, but then the pipes wouldn't fit. After a very frustrating 30 minutes at Home Depot trying to figure out the parts we needed to no avail, I messaged Appliance Solutions before we left the parking lot. By the time we were home, he had already called me back, and we scheduled a time for him to come and help. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently. He was extremely kind, affordable, and very communicative. We will definitely be hiring him for any future appliance needs.

Disassembling the dryer identified the issue in the rollers. After cleaning the whole dryer, he put the machine back together. Once installed the Washer FAILED to work....my time wasted! The options given was to reject delivery or have them send appliance tech to fix. Okay, option 2...Unfortunately, they DO NOT have people to come to fix it, but was instructed to call the Manufacture to schedule for warranty repair of my supposedly new floor model Washer on the very first day delivered...WTF?!? He said cuz we purchased the floor model, they wouldn't know if it works or not until installed. He explained customer's time taking off work for delivery and repair days is not his problem. He's there to run a business and giving a discount is not an option.
