They're both were well educated on Samsung products and were able to find the cause and professionally and efficiently repair both machines. I would definitely recommend this company. If I have any other appliances that need repair, I will call them. They are now the go to company. They do top notch work and surprisingly, they clean up after themselves.

I was told by the scheduler and Felix that the service call was $85. After arriving, Felix pulled my drawer microwave out, put it on the counter and opened it up. I was working from home in the room next to the kitchen (with the door open). I came out and checked on him, every 10-15 minutes. He never said anything to me. About 45 minute later, he put the microwave back, asked for help with the plug and say it was working and that there was something shorting it out inside and that he had cleaned it and the it was working. That was the first thing he had said to me since he had started work. He asked for a cup of water to test the microwave. He then told me I would be $385 dollars. There was never a discussion of the work he was undertaking or that he was doing anything beyond looking inside the microwave. He got defensive when I pointed out that he had not given me a quote for work beyond the service call and did eventually come down but not after trying to bully me. He started quoting replacement costs for parts that he did not replace (that were also covered under the warranty so not even relevant). Even after he came down in price for the work, he tried to guilt me by showing me invoices for unrelated work on other microwaves. It was incredibly unprofessional. While he was clearly qualified, I would avoid this company or at least be prepared to know your rights as a consumer and be ready to advocate for yourself when it comes time to pay the invoice. We won't use them again.

We were able to stack the washer and dryer on our own, but then the pipes wouldn't fit. After a very frustrating 30 minutes at Home Depot trying to figure out the parts we needed to no avail, I messaged Appliance Solutions before we left the parking lot. By the time we were home, he had already called me back, and we scheduled a time for him to come and help. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently. "Rude and Unhelpful, Dishonest..."…read more we bought a brand new $500 dryer that did not work properly, FROM DAY ONE; it took 4 hours to dry a load of wash, 3 hours for a light load. half the functions did not work at all called rafael, who sold us, and the guy was utterly rude and unhelpful, and obviously does not know anything about the appliances he sells. he said, "i cannot help you, you have to call the manufacturer..." he sells stuff with zero store warranty. in the end, after 3 hours on the phone, my time, it turns out the problem was that Harbor sold us the wrong kind of vent tube, the "flexible" and we needed the semi rigid or rigid...simple fix. you would think the salesman would have known. as it is, whats equally stupid is there were no instructions about this in the badly written specs that came with the machine. it took 1.4 house on the phone with a very kind and patient tech women in the phillipines to figure it out. should be basic...and the sales man should also know, and sell us the correct piece. if he had not been so rude and unhelpful, and had made any effort at all ...but i agree with Nikoo K, that Raphael is a crook, a used car salesman type.
