Jesse is awesome! My phone died on me with all the data not backed up after I came back from vacation. I wasted 3 days driving around LA trying to get my phone fixed or at least get the data out. I went to all the businesses with hundreds of 5 star reviews and none of them could fix my phone. One person said "no one could fix this without losing your data my friend"; another data retrieval place told me this would be a complicated job that would take up to 2 weeks and at least $400 to just get the data out and the phone would be unusable after. These are just two examples. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. I highly recommend taking any iPhone repairs to Jesse. He obviously is skilled at what he does, and more importantly, he stands behind his work and makes absolutely sure customers leave satisfied. My iPhone developed the dreaded Audio I/C issue (aka loop disease), and so I was hunting around for someone local who could fix the issue. I got in touch with Jesse and he set up an appointment to repair my phone. Now the best-laid plans sometimes go awry, and unfortunately, while Jesse was fixing the Audio I/C issue, something else went wrong. Not ideal, obviously, but this is the kind of situation that really shows how well a business person can handle an unforeseen turn of events. Jesse put in a ton of effort trying to fix the phone. He was spending a lot of time trying to trouble shoot, but to no avail. I'm sure this was frustrating for him, because it's just burning time he could be using for other clients, but he remained positive and cool throughout the process. Eventually, he concluded that the problem couldn't be fixed and had to order a new logic board for the phone. Again, I'm sure this was not welcome news for him, because at this point I had just become a big loss on his balance sheet. But he never betrayed the slightest bit of annoyance...he just worked constantly to figure out how to get me a working phone as quickly as possible. Back in the end of August I ordered a phone a Note 5 off Swappa and when I received it the back was lifting and they didnt let me return it so I hoped it would be okay.
