Please don't go here :) I never write bad reviews but this is much needed. I walk in and the blonde lady is on the phone. No problem. She gets off the phone and after a few minutes, finally acknowledges me and says "do you need help?". No I'm just standing here for fun. I ask her if they make duplicate keys and she says yes and I say $3.50 per key? Because that's what it says on the board and she says $5.50 per key, those are the old prices. I walked out. Sooooo rude, such horrible customer service. Maybe update your pricing list once in a while. Place is a dump. read more

Went to drop off 2 fedex packages and 2 USPS packages. He wouldn't accept the USPS packages. He said we don't take those? I said why not? His reply was rude! " Because we don't". I use another Mailbox place like this in Culver City where the employees are much friendlier and have told me they get paid .50 per fedex & UPS package scanned. But nothing on USPS but they accept them for customers. I took all my packages and left! I'll go to the other store for them all tomorrow and never go back there, unfortunately because it's close to my work and I often mail things. read more

Due to a hand injury I could not hold scissors, which is when I asked for assistance cutting one 3x5 badge (with gridlines). I'm very disappointed from this place, the owner of the place had a very rude attitude towards me, very greedy behavior. I paid 3$ for 5 minutes use which is more expensive than what I normally pay, plus each page is 29 cents, I used it for 4:45 minutes and when I came to pay she told me I need to pay extra for that and in a very mean attitude and was unpleasant in front of the crowd. 1 star experience read more

HORRIBLE experience at this place. I just relocated and opened a big mailbox here. Turns out, they close at 3:00 every business day and they don't open on weekends!! I came in Friday at 2:50 and the lady left before the stated time and because of this I couldn't retrieve very important packages for my business. USPS also sent me a notification stating that they couldn't deliver on a business day at 1:44 PM! So, I came and talk to the owner and asked to cancel the mailbox (I have only had it one day) but she refused. She says that the money is not refundable so I just lost $220 plus a client that went away because I couldn't deliver his product! I should have opened at UPS, they have great service and hours of operation all week. Now I will open with them and lose the money that I wasted by trusting this people. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I sent out important paperwork at this store a week ago. I used certified mail for the exact purpose of being able to track the envelopes. That day there was an issue with the computer at the store and I had to come back later. I came back and all seemed to be working properly again. Now I'm thinking, was that really the case? This morning, I tracked both envelopes through USPS and only one of them has been delivered. There is no record of the other envelope in the USPS system whatsoever. The only logical explanation is that the envelope was never picked up and was lost in the store OR there was an error in her system and my second envelope was not sent certified. When I spoke with the woman at this location, she repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do about it and that there was absolutely no way she could have made a mistake with my second envelope. Because there's no such thing as mistakes or human error. Now I'm left with nothing to do but hope the USPS system is wrong. Like I said earlier, these were very important documents and if they don't reach their destination I'm SOL. Thanks for absolutely nothing Beverly Hills Mailbox Center. Take your USPS stuff to a more reputable location with understanding and kind staff. You can't trust this place. read more

Such an accommodating establishment. They will go above and beyond for any of your requests, seriously. Just give them a call and they'll help you out with shipping, printing, fingerprinting, notary, P.O. Box and so forth. They handle pretty much anything you need done at the Post Office along with any errands you need to get done at a Kinkos. I'm a fan of local businesses so I always come here instead and usually avoid the lines elsewhere. Consider this place if your mailbox is pouring with fan mail 'cause you're sooooo Internet famous and all the fan mail is unbearable. Or get fingerprinted for that job you finally got. Or make copies of those flyers you've been working so hard at editing. Great customer service, no waiting thus making me a happy camper. read more

Re: my previous complaints. They make owner rectified all my issues and gave me at least 6 months for free. He was very apologetic and a really nice person. The woman who was not friendly with me and condescending attitude towards me improved enough to where I felt comfortable. Since Dec 2017 a new person bought the business. She's extremely friendly and I look forward to entering her place of business. I now highly recommend this business and suggest getting a box here instead of USPS. The service and amenities are fantastic. I love the location and even Though parking is limited I always seem to find a spot or dbl park without issue. I'm always in and out within 2min since the place is quaint and a hidden little gem. You can always park across the street at STARBUCKS as well. Buy a coffee or just sneak in and out. To be honest I've never done it or thought about doing it till I wrote this review. Have a great day and forgive any typos. read more

Coming across a neighborhood store that not only provides a one-stop shop for literally so many different things is one thing, seeing it be run as professionally as this place is run is a true rarity! I walk in to get my mail, handle all my printing needs, sometimes ship packages, handle my notary needs and even occasionally request them to use their messenger service to expedite my mail. On top of all this, they recently started providing DMV services - now who would want to go and wait in line for hours at the DMV when BHMC actually provides most of the same services at an almost zero waiting time!! I came here to get my Livescan. The process of getting finger printed was challenging for Jasmine which she blamed on me for having "tense hands". I am an anxious person so it would make sense that my hands are tense but I would expect a live scan trained person to be able to work with any type of customer, or at the very least not be rude to the customer during the process. I had to come back because my prints were rejected and she told me I would have to pay the rolling fee again which I was informed by another Livescan place is not typical protocol. Her argument was that it was my fault that the prints were poor quality so I should pay the fee. I understand small businesses can't afford to render services for free, but I found her attitude totally unprofessional. I need the Livescan to volunteer at a small nonprofit and I don't want them to have to pay another fee for likely the same result so I will be getting my prints redone somewhere else that is less expensive and hopefully more competent. I will be warning all my friends and colleagues against this establishment. read more

I was most amazed with the fact that they run DMV services here in addition to offering mailbox rentals, notary, live-scan, messenger and many other services. Karen is the worst! I've had a mailbox here for a little while now. I'm currently living out of LA. I emailed today asking about how much mail was in my box, and when it was due for renewal. She reply's that it was due for renewal on 11/17 and that she is charging me late fees. When I told her I never got an email she reads off the email address she sent it to, which was incorrect. She had left off the number portion of my email. She swears that's what I wrote down. When I told her to pull the reg card and send me a copy of it, she refused. I've had my email address for years, and NEVER wrote it wrong. She is just a money hungry, rude individual. I also told her, that I had emailed her several times about DMV stuff and questions, she had my email. She also claimed she called and left me messages. The number she has on file is disconnected, so I know that is a lie. And it's funny that she didn't send to the correct email, because when I got packages I always got those emails. She is a liar! And I told her I was going to leave this review and she said she didn't give a "$h!t about the reviews". Go somewhere else to do your business, she is the worst! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! It's not often I can go into one place and have access to so many different services with almost zero wait time! I requested to do a notary and live scan and was given an appointment almost instantly. While I was there, I remembered I had to make copies of keys which they accommodated on the spot!! Some of the additional services that I was surprised to see at a neighborhood store were DMV and messenger services! I am opening a new business soon and will definitely be getting a mailbox here -- not only do they offer 24 hour access to pick up your mail, they also notify you immediately when you receive packages so you can determine if it is worth the drive to go and pick it up. Unfair and not upfront I went in to buy a box for shipping. Jasmine measured it and found a box. I asked how much the box was (so as to not incur charges beyond what I wanted to spend), she replied, "I don't know." I thought perhaps she could look it up, but no.... Then after she and I arranged the items in the box, she put tape on it and told me my total was $9; $6 for the box and $3 for packaging. WHAT??? $3 upcharge because she put it in the box and put on a few pieces of tape. I only asked for a box and its price. She told me nothing is for free. I will not be going back. read more

Living in an apartment my mail has been consistently misplaced and/or stolen. Being nearby my school, I found this store out of sheer convenience (both for the location, and the parking, which is extremely relieving in Los Angeles) and walked in to open up a new box. The lady working at the store, Garine, is incredibly knowledgable and gave the most kindest customer service (which is rare to get nowadays). I presented all my concerns and she was able to answer all my persistent questions patiently and I left completely satisfied with a brand new box to use. I have had no issues since regarding my mail, and have gone back to take my passport pictures for my trip in the summer. They have rightfully gained a lifetime customer. I am a real estate agent in Beverly Hills. I went to Beverly Hills Mailbox Center to have keys made for a client. I gave the owners their originals back and I took the keys to the new tenant. The keys did not work. I had to drive an hour and half to pick up the originals and bring them back to open the condo. I then went back to Beverly Hills Mailbox Center and explained what happened. The blonde woman, who would not give me her name but told me she was the office manager, was so incredibly rude. I ended up getting my money back and went elsewhere to have keys made. This place is RUDE, and actually more expensive than any other place to have keys made. I would not go there if you want keys that work and good service. read more

There are many Mail box centers in this area, but Beverly Hills Mailbox Center on Doheny is the best.. exceptional service (their system knows when you're a repeat customer & all your info is right-there & you don't have to rewrite it to send anything). Recently, I had a huge problem with something mishandled by USPS who picked up my package there.. the post office refused to make good on it, so the wonderful owner (Jizell) herself got involved and USPS gave me the substantial amount that was fairly due me. Btw, they also have a wonderful selection of premium greeting cards at less than you'd expect to pay for the intricate designs, etc. read more
