I found her demeanor to be aggressive and rude from the outset, which I found perplexing. Despite this, I continued to ask my questions. Her responses were abrupt, condescending, and she appeared to be rushing the conversation. I was simply seeking information for the first time, and I was not even present in person. She conveyed a distinct unwillingness to assist me with my inquiries. At one point, she suggested that I could find all the answers to my questions on your website. I reiterated my request for assistance, as I was already on the phone with her. Her reluctance to help was evident. I then stated, "Thank you for your help, but it appears you are unwilling to assist me and sound quite bothered." Before I could complete my sentence, she terminated the call. This interaction reflects poorly on your business. While I cannot speak for all employees, this particular individual presented as highly disengaged and unhappy. I am unsure of her position within the company, whether manager, supervisor, or owner, but such an attitude is detrimental to customer relations. She has effectively alienated a potential client who was considering opening an account for an entire business. I think Faye and her husband may have sold this business. It was a great one years ago when I used it for quite awhile; they were lovely people and extremely efficient. The woman just now on phone was abrasive; wouldn't answer any questions as I asked for Faye (owner); she said she didn't know anyone by that name. She said she couldn't give me any other information and wouldn't let me speak to John who is her superior. Wouldn't tell me if he was the owner or not. None of this feels normal for a private mail center and I don't like being spoken to with a scolding attitude. Friendliness matters; if I can't get to the owner or her superior, what kind of service will I have if opening a mail box there?
