Dishonest establishment! Polish woman charge me 3 times more than the actual cost (verified by the carrier late after the fact), never issued the receipt with pricing, value, weight and dimensions. Quoted me a price of $112, then when I offered cash, she said, "sorry but misquoted you, it's $100 more". I asked why, she said that the carrier had increased their prices. After I paid and later verified the prices with the carrier, turned out she tripled the price, simply a theft! I'm currently seeking legal help. DO NOT GO THERE! read more

Never ever come here! Quick close place to drop off packages, they also have PO Boxes. Would I trust them with mail? Never. Why? Don't expect any customer service from this place. Who knows if the people that work that actually do their job or steal information from customers mails from the vibe I got from them. It just doesn't seem like a secure place at all. Went to drop off a package for FedEx but didn't want to go all the ah to the actual FedEx store. Lady at the counter busy polishing rocks didn't even say Hi or speak. She was super rude. I dropped the box on the counter stared at her and still nothing. I asked her if she's going to scan it or if I'm going to get a receipt for dropping it off like you would at FedEx or UPS. I also just shipped some things to my sister in Germany and everything arrived quickly and for a better price than I was told by UPS. The Fedex website says this location opens at 9 am. I got here at 9:45 and glad I waited a bit because the hours on the door are different, stating 10 am as their opening time. I waited a little more than 10 minutes after 10. No sign of anyone opening the store, inside or even in the parking lot. I read reviews later that mentioned the same thing happened where people waited and the employee didn't show up until almost an hour after the opening time, or there are signs on the door sometimes. I can't speak for these situations, but I can say after what happened with me, and reading these reviews, it appears the store may open and close when they feel like it, not abiding by the actual hours. I hope this review saves someone else from encountering what I did. I needed to ship an item today for work and had limited time. I now have to wait and could not ship the item. It also started raining as I waited, so I was walking in the rain with a pelican case back home after this. I would like to see the management do better with these hours. It can really put someone in a bind to misrepresent the hours you are open when you are a mail box and shipping center. read more

I started here for personal deliveries and then later decided to use it for business, as well. The Internet is a very revealing place, and having an alternate address that is not one's own home can help to protect one's privacy and security. I've been very satisfied with the service provided by this Center. The service at this location is very friendly and attentive. If a large package comes in, they will usually call to let you know. There is continuity, as well, with the same staff members continuing there for years at a time (I know all of their names, and they know mine), rather than a constant turnover of transient workers, and that increases confidence and trust. You can call them at any time also to see if anything needs to be picked up. One minor problem is that they are slightly under-staffed. Often there is only one person tending the store, and so if something comes up they may have to lock up briefly to attend to it. Their rates, however, are lower than competing businesses, which I imagine would not be possible if additional people were employed there. read more

Shipped 3 boxes on same day to east coast (Maryland) Paid for 2-day shipping with Fedex. Two boxes arrived 10 days late and the 3rd boxes took a full half a MONTH to arrive. I don't understand how that's possible. And I don't understand how they can take my money for 2-day shipping in good faith and not even get close to the arrival date promised. Seems like a good racket. When I called to complain she just laughed about it and basically said "oh well"...my friends all went directly to Fed-Ex and their packages all arrived on the designated dates. I just had a really horrible experience with these guys. It sounds like it may not be the norm based on the other two reviews, but I was honestly really surprised to read that they had gotten good reviews. I opened a box online and wanted to use the forwarding services. I filled out the form, entered my credit card details and was told that I would hear back within 24 hours. But I never did. I followed up 2 days later and was told by someone who was working that she would call the owner and have him set it up right away. Another few days...and I still didn't hear anything. A week later, I sent an email and never got a response. Finally nearly two weeks after it all started and being really frustrated that I left my credit card details with someone and there was no one getting back to me with any information, I called and left a voicemail message and I sent one last email, begging someone to call or email me back. I still didn't hear anything. So the next day, I called and this time got someone on the phone who said that the owner was on vacation and it wasn't her responsibility to open any boxes or to reply to any emails. ??? She said she would call the owner and tell him to sort it out right away. But because I heard that before, I just wasn't feeling confident about working with them, so I asked her to cancel everything. Now I'm back at square one and feeling really frustrated that no one ever bothered to set me up as a new customer and even worse, that no one seemed to care. read more
