My experience took place about a year ago.. Elli was very nice from the start. Walked in some hair salon and had no clue she just rented a tiny little room. After waiting a few minutes, I'm finally called in. She draws on a few choices and once I approve she proceeds. She finished after about an hour and asked if I had any aspirin that day and I said no but the day prior for a headache. She then says "oh no you shouldn't have" then goes on to saying I bled a lot so it was hard for her to work. Welllllll.... I'm no expert, so maybe a little pre instructions on what to do before and after would have been great!!!! Anywho, I finally get up and look at the results and omg!!! They're horrible! I was in so much pain through out the entire thing that at that point, I just wanted to leave ASAP!!! She said she would fix them at the 6 week follow up but did I go back?? HECK NO!! She left my brows uneven and over charged. Her service was $500 and $80 for touch up. No no thanks!! She's nice and all but needs a lot of work. Oh and she does give discounts for a good review so beware!! Her Instagram pictures are the same clients over and over. I wonder why she didn't post my before and after??? I had my first appointment a little over two weeks ago and I cannot believe how different I look in pictures and when I wake up in the morning without traditional makeup on! Elnaz is very patient and takes her time with the entire procedure. The first sweep was painful but once the numbing cream takes effect, you don't feel a thing. She consistently asks if you feel any pain to make sure that you are comfortable. I purchased the Groupon and was very nervous about getting my eyebrows done but everything turned out great. The color is very dark at first but is supposed to lighten. I'm only one day in so I can't say how much yet. If needed, you can go in for a touch-up in about a month to get it perfected. With the Groupon, it's a nominal fee. Without Groupon, the touch-up would have been free. Even so, it means that Elnaz wants your eyebrows to be perfect, which is reassuring.
