My mother and I both are clients of Sandy. I went a year ago for ombré brows. I had empty spaces from over plucking. I was able to fill them in with a feathered look. She got the color right so they look natural. I haven't needed a touch up yet. My mother on the other hand had a more complex issue. She had lost all of her eyebrows and did micro blading a few years back. Unfortunately, it didn't take and they were fading. Sandy was very precise and made them look natural. I hate that I have to write this review but the service I got from Sandy is extremely unacceptable and ridiculous. So hopefully it can help others to think twice about getting their eyebrows microbladed here and don't end up getting the same experience as me. I honestly would suggest finding a different place in the area and not take the risk unless you're trying to walk out with botched eyebrows with two tails. Before we started the procedure, I made it clear to Sandy that I wanted to keep my natural brow pattern and just add some ink to where my hairs don't grow so it could save me time in the morning. I actually even showed her saved photos on my phone and how I usually do my eyebrows. She told me she understood that I wanted downward hair-like strokes. So I figured she knew what she was doing. Boy was I wrong and in for a surprise. Her biggest mistake was that she shaved off half of my natural eyebrow and just started creating her own tatted eyebrow. Her second mistake is that she does not listen to you. I figured she knew what she was doing so I just let her do her thing. But oh my god. The end result? I have an eyebrow with two tails! It's extremely ugly and embarrassing when people see it. I have to live with this since it is a tattoo. What was suppose to save me time in the morning ended up being the biggest hassle. I spend about 20 mins trying to cover and conceal as much as possible with concealers and powder but even then it shows underneath the makeup since the ink is black. The only way to remove it is by getting laser tattoo removal and if you know anything about that, then you know it costs more than microblading itself. Two stars since she did offer to remove the tattoo with saline but it barely did anything and it was actually more painful than the microblading itself (pictures attached below, yeah... ouch). There were times when she would forget to apply the numbing cream in some areas and then would go in with the needles. Avoid. At. All. Costs. read more

I had a bad experience with Lily in pink. She used in inferior color told me that she had recently purchased it and that she did not know that it wasn't going to be the correct color and did not take 100% responsibility and I was then stuck with all the money I paid without my eyebrows being not brown, but some muddy color, she did offer to remove it but that's not an easy task, and even after several sessions, it still didn't work, and then she stopped helping and did not reply to my communication I don't recommend going to someone who doesn't know the products being used especially products that are so permanent as these are it's just highly irresponsible and I'm out $750 I'm posting this message to warn people that she is not responsible for how she's using her products read more

I found Sandy through a Facebook ad,go figure. She had a contest for a free microblading or ombré for brows and I entered. Well,I won by default. The person that initially won never responded and I am glad she didn't. When I went for my initial appt with Sandy we talked for awhile and I explained that I had microblading before but it didn't last like they said it would. She explained to me that sometimes depending on skin and your age it might not and ombré would be better (There is no price difference). Fast forward... I couldn't be happier! I haven't had to touch my brows. No need to fill in anything. I went for my touch up last night and there wasn't much she needed to do and Sandy is a perfectionist! She is that good, I should say great! Sandy listens to you with regard to your concerns,color,shape etc. If she feels that It would be a wrong shape or color she will be honest with you if it will work with your face shape and color of your skin. Sandy is also very gentle. She uses a numbing ointment so you can't feel much if anything. I almost fell asleep, I was so relaxed. Permanent makeup is scary...I mean it's permanent! In addition, I'm a redhead so it ads a layer of complexity. Hair color skin pigment can be very tricky to match AND look natural. Sandy nailed it!
