if u wanted to find the worlds worst baker.. then you've come to the right place .. cake buckling ... folding .. a living nightmare. it all began with celebrating my sons first birthday ! what should have been the most moreable time of my life.. tuned into a real life nightmare . Instead of focusing on getting my sons cake as promised ... all she could do was try to upsell me ( everyday through text) on all her other abilities ... she begged me to hire her as my "mini coordinator " she was only allowed to drop off my cake at my event venue ... but all she could do was harass my husband and I for a backdrop that I didn't want ... and since I wouldn't give her the time of day , when I saw my cake and how horrible it looked ... she went after my husband .. following him to his car ... trying to take photos of my event ... even when she was not given permission .. she tried to take credit saying she worked an hour and a half to put up a backdrop .. she insisted on taking credit on what my day of event cordinator and my balloon girl had accomplished .. .I wish she would have focused more on what her cake baker couldn't deliver . .. she then Tried to include my day of coordinator in this dispute .. when I told her the cake I ordered Was supposed to be 23 inches .. she chased down my cordinator and demanded a ruler .. i had plans on freezjng babies first cake topper .. but this is something I will never get back.. she insisted that she couldn't put on the elephant on my cake or else it would sink as well.. I am mortified . When I demanded credit ... or a refund she refused and said I texted her two hundred times ..although she was trying to upsale me everyday.. even when I insisted I was in good hands with my coordinator .. her onoy response was she was sorry she did her "best " But It was the bakers fault,.. and she could not issue a refund or any type of credit for a cake that wasn't correct in color even though we discussed that prior.. read more

Not happy with the service or product at all. Rita was late to our event and demanded our help to set up her stations. I'm sorry but I don't pay for a service and do the work myself!! That's not how it works. I pay for a service and you make it happen with your own crew!! I am so disappointed with her attitude as well as the quality of her candy, and cake. The cake was not the correct flavor nor was fresh or edible. The candy we had requested did not show up And was really low quality candy that did not taste good.
