The location is right where there is plenty of street parking - super convenient! It's small inside with probably only enough tables and chairs to let 10 guests sit. But the soft serve was delicious and light!

Tried their cheese bread and butter bread. Very cheesy and buttery. Takes 15 mins to make. Ice cream was delish. Street Parking. Promo with Pool Bar until May 8th

I love going to cassetta when they have new launches because they are all the time giving you little surprises, the ice cream is very creamy and good, the place is very aesthetic if you are looking some nice spot for cute pics, the girls there are very gentle and the prices are good for the ice cream quality. It's a nice spot for a Sunday dessert after lunch with family

What a wonderful shop! This is our second time stopping in and it's just as good as the first time! The lady that owns it and runs it is simply amazing she is constantly changing things making it a new experience each time. The ice cream is simply Devine and she creates an atmosphere that is fun and exciting!

I don't understand the hype of this place. The quality of the ice cream was mediocre and very highly priced. We understand the artistic aspect of it is when drives the people to come here, but if the quality does not match the hype or the price, then I don't see the point other than people just doing it for social media. The inside felt a little cramped and I hated the seating. The one thing though is that the staff is very friendly and was very smiley. But overall, just not worth my money.

Food is as pretty as the place! There's a maze room nearby and some tables and cool Instagram props outside. The woman working there is so smiley even at 10pm at night and super helpful in explaining to us what the different flavors are. Would def go back here again. The ice cream is really creamy - I like the taro over the rose, but they're both unique flavors.

Was craving a late night sweet treat before a long drive and came across Cassetta! Upon looking at their reviews and pictures, the way they presented their items definitely brought me in. I got the Cassetta Taronie, Salty Sweet Dough Latte w/ Cornflakes, and Cloud Nine. All were super delicious. I was exceptionally amazed at how smooth and light the ice cream was! The drinks were also made quick and tasted really good! I'm pretty sure their promotion is over by now but over Christmas season, they had a promotion of getting a free ornament if you spend over $10 or buy a drink which convinced us to get even more than planned! Such a cute little spot to hangout in and grab a quick sweet treat!

This drink place is so cute! The drink has cute flowers in it and there are heart shaped straws. The drink is a bit on the sweeter side, but it's really good! I'll for sure be back.

First and foremost, this place is very aesthetically pleasing. You walk in and automatically see such a clean and polished shop. We decided to order the Rosie Rose (I got a lotus cookie with mine). Yes, this dessert spot is a bit more expensive but it's because of the presentation and non dairy soft serve they provide. If you want a little treat you can post in your Instagram this is the perfect spot. All desserts are beautiful and carefully made. I do see myself coming back.

Cute ambience + fast service! We ordered the cassetta original which is basically milk ice cream with powder. A little on the pricier side, but the aesthetics are nice! :)

    Ice Caramel Latte

I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it ended up costing me $9. Unfortunately, it tasted like nothing but milk. I couldn't taste any espresso at all, and my drink was almost completely white, which honestly made me think the espresso may have been forgotten. Really disappointing, especially for a $9 latte.

Everything here is nice at first glance. Good coffee, pleasant service, and a cozy atmosphere. The only thing that really surprised me was the tables. They are so light and wobbly that leaning on one or even setting down your drink feels risky. It almost feels like a reflection of real life: everything looks beautiful, but there is nothing you can truly lean on. Replace the tables, and this place would be so much more enjoyable.

Cassetta has a very pink and stylish atmosphere. Inside, they also sell clothing and other small products, which makes the space feel more like a boutique dessert shop. The ice cream was creamy, light, and not too heavy, and it tasted pretty good. One of my daughters really liked it, while the other one wasn't a big fan. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they were always smiling, which made the experience even better. Still a cute place to stop by if you're nearby.

Do the milk teas use non dairy creamer? Asking because I'm allergic to milk and milk alternatives (oat, soy, almond, cashew, macadamia, lentil).

Yes, we use non dairy creamer but for the sweetness it’s might contain milk please let the server know about your allergies to make sure no milk at all. Thank you

It has a cozy, tucked-away feel with plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to relax with a coffee. We ordered a mocha and a latte, and both were solid. This place is so cute that I've driven by it a million times thinking it was a fancy restaurant - not a cute hidden gem coffee shop! This particular shop is incredibly popular and always full but if you're lucky you'll get a seat in their adorable little outdoor area. They have some belly up counter style seats along the sidewalk and also a side garden with a few tables & chairs, plus some cute cushions on the steps for ground seating. Once again, I'm obsessed with the aesthetics at a Verve location. They really seem to focus on rustic wood vibes inside and incorporating nature in a fun way. I always love their flash nitro cold brew here. It's so smooth and refreshing! I also tried their matcha and loved it. Plus their chocolate chip sea salt cookie was money. I'm sure I'll be back to Verve in WeHo! Really enjoyed it yesterday.

We waited in line for about 45 minutes to an hour, only to find out that they ran out of sliders. We were incredibly disappointed. I wish they could have put up a sign of some sort to let everyone know they ran out. However, the place itself was nice, and I did end up getting a latte. I loved the latte, so that made up for the missing sliders to some degree. The overall cafe is pretty small but it's a got a cool aesthetic. Has a nice seating area around the outside with shade. Do expect to wait in line and parking can be a challenge as most spots in the area are usually taken as it's street parking. Went on a Saturday afternoon and waited about 25 minutes. I don't think I would wait anymore than that for this place but it's worth checking out. The staff are very kind too.

Located at…read morethe busy intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard and Fairfax in West Hollywood; you won't be disappointed. It's a small space with a few tables inside with multiple large sliding glass doors that open onto the intersection on one side and a courtyard on the other side. It gives the place a nice urban feel with plenty of foot traffic outside and people watching. You order from one of the two kiosks outside of the kitchen. You select from the menu, make your payment, and assigned a number to notify you when your order is ready. They send messages to you via text. I was with a friend mid-afternoon on a Saturday. There was just a couple of people inside when we arrived. The evenings are usually busier with several people inside and on the outdoor courtyard which has a few tables. We both ordered cheesecake and we loved them. Very fresh, flavorful, and creamy in texture. I had the Oreo Cheesecake and my friend had the Mocha Cheesecake. My friend also had a Fusion Mocha Shake which he said tasted great with the right amount of mocha flavoring for his taste. We spoke to the owner/baker after we ate to compliment his desserts. I asked how business was and he said unfortunately slow. He mentioned how restaurants in general were having a hard time in the current uncertain economy. It has nothing to do with his products. The desserts and treats are great. If you can, give this spot a try. And the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the desserts. There's a promotion for new customers. Whatever amount you spend on your first visit, you earn that amount in credits towards your next purchase. It's all automated through your phone number. Open everyday until midnight. There are complimentary board games to play while dining. Limited parking in the plaza or street parking. It's great to have a quality dessert café in my neighborhood.

You order from the two kiosks or off of your phone so remember that they do not take cash as payment. There's so many fun options on the menus from scrumptious desserts, hot and cold beverages like teas and coffees. I had to have an iced boba beverage. So yummy. Our server who may also be the owner was very nice. Quick service, like we received text messages that your order has been placed and it was brought to our table within minutes. Incredible and he was very cheerful. While conversations were happening I noticed a cool shelf and on the shelf were games! Fun board and card games that continued the our mini party!
