I used to go here but over the years they lost the regular employees, it was run down...but today they left me a voice mail saying they noticed I hadn't been in over a year and they were under new management plus a discount for coming back: WOW. Totally renovated, new equipment, the pedicure bowls are lined with disposable liner for hygiene. And a free glass of wine or coffee. Great pedicure by Tina. So, we're two guys going for a pedi today. Beverly Nails is close to the house so we thought we'd give it a go. Guys need to be pampered too! We had a great time. Both technicians were super nice and laughed when it came for our foot scrub and we practically jumped out of the chairs giggling like little school girls. The place was immaculately clean. I liked how each manicure set was individually wrapped. This was only my 3rd pedicure so I think the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back! read more

Good nail salons are so hard to find. But this place is amazing. I am never disappointed and my nails always look great. That take time to make sure that the service you receive is top notch. They make recommendations based on what's best for your nails and doing try to up sell you, which is so refreshing. Every time I have strayed from Beverly Nails I regret it. I get my nails done every two weeks (gel manicure). I decided to give Beverly nails a try today since it's close to my house and they have a lot of color options. While the interior is nice, the technicians are terrible!!! Gel nail polish shouldn't look jagged on the edges and peeling before you even leave the salon. When I mentioned that to the technician, she got an attitude and said I could go see someone else. I was shocked, her job is to make nails look good and have her paying customers walk away happy! From someone who gets there nails done twice a month for over 15 years, I highly recommend going somewhere else. J & A nail salon is right up the road and they have amazing customer service! They will even go buy a color they don't have to keep you coming back! read more

Beverly Nail Spa is the best nail spa I've tried in the Raleigh area, and I've tried a lot. I mainly go for the gel manicure but have also had a pedicure. The gel manicure lasts for three weeks and I cook a lot as well as use my hands a lot throughout the day. The staff takes their time to make sure your gel is perfect and asks how many coats you want. They will also serve you wine, soda, or water. They even bring a straw with your can of soda, since you can't use your hands. It's the little things! The atmosphere is amazing as well. They always have calming music playing and it's pretty quiet overall. I would highly recommend this nail spa! read more

Worst nail place ever! Went to have a pedicure a little bit ago and the guy didn't even cut my toe nails and the polish is already coming off after an hour! The worst! My nail salon is usually LUSH nail bar off wake forest, but today I wanted a quick pedi and decided to go somewhere else and I quickly regretted it! If I could give less than 1 star I would! Awful! I came in today as a first time guest and had a great experience! I've been to many nail salons and most are the same, average . BUT this place was super accommodating toward me and the other guests . They offer you a list of drinks to pick from and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is super laid back and the nail technician that gave me a full-set did an outstanding job. Never in my life have I had a quality full - set in less than a hour. we also had a great conversation which is 100x more appealing than sitting there quietly while somebody does your nails. Beware of price gouging! I just took my daughter in for a mini mani-pedi (ages 10 and under). According to their published prices, her mani should have been $15, and her pedi, $25. The color she chose was a gel polish. While I anticipated a slightly higher price since it was a gel polish, I did not anticipate, nor was I told ahead of time, that the polish would add an ADDITIONAL $17 to the mani and $20 to the pedi! The price of her mani more than doubled and her pedi almost doubled...just by using gel polish instead of regular polish. (No other products were used, and her "mini" service ended up costing the same as the full pedicure I previously received from the same person!) When I questioned the man at the register about it, he became angry and insisted he didn't overcharge me, yet he could offer no explanation for the doubling of price other than to say her nails were painted with a gel polish. With the number of nail salon options available in this area, that kind of price gouging and customer service just permanently removed this salon from our list of businesses to support. read more

I had been here many years ago when I lived in Raleigh. Visiting the area today, I went back for a mani/pedi. They sat me immediately, actually quite quickly and did the fastest pedicure I ever had. That is not a good thing. The technician then ran out the back door and I had to wait 15 minutes for a manicure. NO mention was made of that part of the procedure. Then that technician kept getting up and attending to other tasks. I was not offered a beverage, the massage chair was not turned on, the leg and arm massages were nothing more than a pat! I asked for a short cut on my toenails, they were barely cut and one has already smushed in spite of my being very careful. To top it off, it was the most expensive mani/pedi I have had in a long time, no where near the quality I have received for far less. When in Raleigh I will find another nail salon. read more

I have to say this is probably one of the most relaxing nail salons I've been to in Raleigh. I was a weekend walk-in for a pedicure in March. I was seen promptly after checking-in at the front desk. My nail technician took her time during the appointment to make sure my service was satisfactory. The pedicure looked great; the massage was amazing! The best part is the ambiance. They have a special for girls 11 and under for $34. I take my 11 year old twins for Mani Pedi's once per month and they love going to Beverly Nails for the spa experience. I also got a mani pedi for $56 and it was worth the money. read more

When I received a gift card from a friend for my Birthday, I of course thanked her but was a little hesitant in going there to use the gift card as I quit going to this place a couple of years ago due to poor management and the cleanliness of the place. HOWEVER, I did decide to give them one more try and use the gift card. To my surprise, it was fully remodeled, I was greeted nicely and the staff was very nice and friendly. They now have a complimentary drink menu that includes wine, tea, coffee, water! I will definitely go back and give it a try one more time to see if this new management can turn this place around. I normally see Leon but today I went to have my nails removed and Leon wasn't there. So another male employee was going to do it. In the end I asked to use the file to get some places he had missed. He didn't offer to buff my nails afterwards and told me to wash my hands. After washing my hands I assumed I would get the clear coat (as sign reads " removal w/ clear coat $10) but I was'nt offered the clear coat and was told I had to ask for it personally. I just paid and left. As I was walking out the door the same male employee, was propped against the wall, smoking a cigarette, said curse words at me. I turned around and he said words I couldn't understand to me and the words "bull sh!t" at me. I will NEVER recommend my friends or anyone else to this place nor will I ever go back.
