DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! This place use to be the best nail salon in Whittier in 2021. So I gave it great reviews, that was a mistake. The facts listed below up till now 2026: The following year I referred 5 people, the owner (the only male that doesn't wear an earring, usually only 2 males) knew, and NEVER said thank you. I asked for REGULAR nail polish manicure, they put on GEL that was thick and dried out for me and my mom. The lady doing my nails put lotion on top of my arm , AND LEFT IT. NO message. The lady clearly had a nail fungus, and no gloves. They REALLY rush you now, so the lady was filing my nail that was already REALLY short to the numb, and didn't realize it till I snatched my hand back. The polish was NOT even, the cuticles were NOT well done, and the nails were NOT even. So DO NOT GET THE OLDEST LADY THERE, IF YOU STILL want to to try this place. They used to be more friendly, and had more fluent ENGLISH speaking workers which was helpful in explaining when you're paying your money for what you want. NOT for what they want you to accept. My nails literally peeled off the next day, because the gel wasn't set with the machine you put your hand in, because shouldn't have been gel in the 1st place. They had some Asian food show on in their language. THIS IS AMERICA, NOT KOREA ! We can't go to ANY OTHER country, and have a piece of their country as little America. OR put things ONLY in English. Unless that country's primary language was English. Btw I'm NOT a TRUMP supporter (MAGA). Just my opinion on the situation. This place is NO NAIL TREAT, BUT A TRICK ! I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and to my surprise the salon was packed upon opening. The nail techs were super accommodating and polite. I was directed to their massage chairs right away, which was very comfortable. They have a huge selection of colors in regular polish, gel, or powder. I have had this set for 1 week now. I'm that week I have gone back to the salon 2xs to get both my right and left thumb nai fixed because they both broke. Now less than 3 days after it gets fixed it broke again. I would understand if I was doing heavy lifting or something that would cause the break, however, all I was doing was grabbing a shirt off a rack and I felt my nail get stuck and then it broke. It's ashame because the art work is beautiful but the quality and longevity of these nails is disappointing. I not only spent money but so much time going back 2xs and now possibly a third time. I like to make an appointment because I'm always on the run and every time I've made an appointment here I have never had to wait more than five minutes to be helped. The nail technician I love to go to is Cheryl, she's really good at designs and just overall really thorough and does a great job. I can go three weeks until I need a fill again and they don't crack or peel like they usually do when I go somewhere else. I do like going here for my nails. Not so much the treatment, which is a separate issue. However, I am very hesitant to go back here when I found out I caught an aggressive bacteria that causes infection. It has taken strong prescriptions to continue to fight this off my feet for over 1 month. It did look much worse. I understand it gets super busy, tiring, and hectic but for the safety of all your clients, please sanitize thoroughly because this can lead to more dangerous health issues for some people. They have an assortment of spa pedicures that you can choose from; I chose the one with an 8 min massage which was very relaxing. The two nail techs were both very meticulous and took their time. I had one broken nail so they were able to put a fake one on to match the rest of my natural nails. It was also my first time getting get nails. By Dong he did a good job, the lady who did my pedicure did also a good job (sorry I didn't ask for her name ) I also asked them for the eyelashes extensions and let them know that it was going to be the first time, they kindly told me to do a test first to check if I was allergic to the glue, just this part I think speaks highly of then they care, it's not just about money! I've only had dip a few times and it didn't really turn out all that great but wanted to try it one more time and wow they look amazing!
