BEST. SALON. PERIOD. I was in search of an exceptional nail salon experience in Whittier and CT Nail Treat indeed lives up to its 5 star status. I made an appointment for first thing in the morning and to my surprise the salon was packed upon opening. The nail techs were super accommodating and polite. The selection of colors and services were incredible and vast. I was most impressed with the organic mani/pedi options on the menu. It was such a nice surprise. They don't sterilize their tools. I saw the nail tech that worked on my feet walk to the sink, wash the tools, place them in a blue sterilization bag, then set them back on her cart for another use. I mentioned it to the other techs at checkout. Seems like my concerns were dismissed. I would not recommend this place. read more

I came here without an appointment, and luckily, they were not too busy and I was able to get a mani/pedi without any wait. I was directed to their massage chairs right away, which was very comfortable. They have a huge selection of colors in regular polish, gel, or powder. I opted to just regular polish for my mani/pedi, and the polish is stil on pretty nicely. It's been about two weeks! Payment is taken digitally via Venmo or Zelle, which is a nice touch. read more

I've been coming here for a little under a year now and I love my nails every time. I request for Ivy as she has done a good job every single time and I ask her to do a few small designs and she kills it! The other staff are all very nice and do a good job as well. My mom, sister and cousin all come here to get their nails done. Parking is usually easy and the salon is a little small but relaxing vibes. read more

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to get my nails done at. I like to make an appointment because I'm always on the run and every time I've made an appointment here I have never had to wait more than five minutes to be helped. The nail technician I love to go to is Cheryl, she's really good at designs and just overall really thorough and does a great job. I can go three weeks until I need a fill again and they don't crack or peel like they usually do when I go somewhere else. I've gone with other technicians too and they all are really good, you can't go wrong with coming here. read more

Poor service and unprofessional customer service skills Initially went to this shop for a fill and pedicure Pedicure was great but fill application on my nails was poor leaving me with a crooked nail and thin acrylic A nail tip breaks off the next day I get nail glue to avoid going back then another one breaks the next day I paid $105 for my service It's only been two days of having these nails and they are breaking I call to explain my situation to get them fixed I go back to get them fixed The lady doesn't even listen to me explain what happened just ignored All the workers start to hover , talking and laughing while me and 3 other customers sitting are looking confused as to what's so funny I'm assuming they were making comments which they could have just said to me in English if they felt some type of way Unprofessional and wouldn't recommend Workers need to be better at their skill if they want to laugh at paying customers . I do like going here for my nails. Not so much the treatment, which is a separate issue. However, I am very hesitant to go back here when I found out I caught an aggressive bacteria that causes infection. It has taken strong prescriptions to continue to fight this off my feet for over 1 month. It did look much worse. I understand it gets super busy, tiring, and hectic but for the safety of all your clients, please sanitize thoroughly because this can lead to more dangerous health issues for some people. I have had this set for 1 week now. I'm that week I have gone back to the salon 2xs to get both my right and left thumb nai fixed because they both broke. Now less than 3 days after it gets fixed it broke again. I would understand if I was doing heavy lifting or something that would cause the break, however, all I was doing was grabbing a shirt off a rack and I felt my nail get stuck and then it broke. It's ashame because the art work is beautiful but the quality and longevity of these nails is disappointing. I not only spent money but so much time going back 2xs and now possibly a third time. Happy with my first experience coming here! Very skilled staff and it's easy to communicate with them. I had one broken nail so they were able to put a fake one on to match the rest of my natural nails. It was also my first time getting get nails. Unfortunately after 1 1/2 weeks I have some chipping and another nail has broken but I think that's just due to the lifestyle I have. The UV light lamp also was burning my fingers so it's probably just not for me. read more

I had a wonderful time at this nail salon yesterday- got a gel mani and spa pedi. They have an assortment of spa pedicures that you can choose from; I chose the one with an 8 min massage which was very relaxing. The two nail techs were both very meticulous and took their time. I pay attention to the small details which is very important for a nail salon and I can say confidently that I am very satisfied with every part of my experience here. Great massage chairs too. The service in this place deserves 5 stars. I got my nails fill in and pedicure done. By Dong he did a good job, the lady who did my pedicure did also a good job (sorry I didn't ask for her name ) I also asked them for the eyelashes extensions and let them know that it was going to be the first time, they kindly told me to do a test first to check if I was allergic to the glue, just this part I think speaks highly of then they care, it's not just about money! Found the reviews on Yelp and decided to give this shop a try and loved it! I've only had dip a few times and it didn't really turn out all that great but wanted to try it one more time and wow they look amazing! Took a little bit of a long time but the nail technician that I had made them look perfect! I'm really happy and have found my new nail place :-) I also got a pedicure and was great. This was my first time here and I'm very happy I came! The service was excellent and they really take their time here which I love. I got the express manicure with gel with Ivy and I'm obsessed! She did such a great job with the shaping of my nails and the cuticle care this is honestly the best manicure I've ever gotten. I got the "Luxe pedicure" with yen and she was super sweet and really took her time. It included a sugar scrub and 8 min massage which was super relaxing and not rushed at all. I've been a client here for over 3 years. I started coming since they first opened shortly after Covid year. I've never had a problem with their services and always love my end results. The vibe is neutral. Everyone here is hardworking and they try their best to accommodate you as a walk-in and of course with an appointment. My main issue was Mia at the front desk who, took about ten minutes to walk out to the front desk and acknowledge me at the location. She only walked out to check someone out, and when I gave her my name, she said, "you're an hour early, I don't have anything right now" and then continued to check out the other lady. I sat there and waited for a formal acknowledgment. I expected her to tell the other woman who was sitting in the room with me, you're next and tell me let's see what I can do and give you options. Nothing. I walked out, and had to waste an hour of my time for the appointment. When I walked in, she was still checking out the other lady, and then told me I would not be able to be seen because now I was too late, - 9 minute grace period, even though I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I first walked in, too late. She told me there was nothing else left for the day although I had only one small prepaid service I was waiting for. I couldn't come the next day as I was heading out of town, hence the need for the wax. When I looked at my phone as I walked out, I got a text saying I had a no show and had 3 no shows before they don't take my appointments and can only do walk ins. I had to walk back in and ask her for her name - Mia, and who was supposed to be the waxer - Jeanette, who couldn't do the wax because they had just added new wax and turned up the heat. (This means nothing to me btw as I don't work there) She also told me she had been gone for ten minutes because she also has to sweep so they can close on time because there was only one waxer. This is an hour and a half at this point after I originally showed up when the closing was nearly 2 hours out. Not once did she mention, hey we only have one waxer, when I checked in, nor did she say look we are low staffed today can you com back at a different time or day. Nothing. It's rude and horrible customer service, I also don't appreciate the attitude when I called her out on her behavior. I didn't want to argue with a young girl, but I do find it incredibly disrespectful of me and my time. I will not be returning to the location and will be asking for my money back on unpaid wax passes. Additionally, EWC, get more employees and pay them fair wages. It's no wonder why people are constantly leaving, you leave the waxers spread thin, alone, and have compressed schedules for them making them make mistakes along the way. I really liked my last wax girl here, Stacy and ever since she left it's really gone downhill.

While one healed, one has still not gone away, and this is a facial I received late in December 2025. I went back a month later and asked the technician(different one) what the mark was. She said it was like acne post mark because of too much exfoliation with both the dermaplane and chemical peel . She said it should fade away and recommended me one of their expensive skin resurfacing products. I did not buy it and this was my last visit here. 3 months later, I still have this mark on my face so I have an appointment with the dermatologist soon. I would still recommend this place for maybe the basic $70 facial, it's pretty cheap and worth the money. I do not recommend any other special services because it seems some of the technicians may not be as educated and it's not worth messing up your skin.

I could be wrong. Anyway he was filing my nails and on my right hand middle finger he burned my nail and it hurt but didn't think anything of it. So he finished my nails and I was not really happy with them but I didn't want to say anything. So two days past and I noticed my nail on my middle finger started burning and the cuticle around my nail was so red. I started to get a bit worried because I never had this happen. I soaked my nail and little by little taking the nail off and when it did come off I saw that it had what looked like fungus. I was so upset so I soaked all my nails off to see if any of my other nails had it but thank goodness they didn't. I had to go to the urgent care because I was in a lot of pain with my finger and the urgent care dr prescribed me antibiotic and for me to see my primary care doctor who prescribed me lamisil. She also is sending me to a dermatologist. I don't think I will ever go back in that nail place again. Doctor said his nail drill and file may have been dirty. I know the man who did my nails had only did pedicures when I gone in there but this was the first time that I ever seen him do nails. Im worried because I'm a diabetic and it's going to be awhile before my nail grows in. I been doing my nails for over 20 years and I never had this happen.

They tended to me quickly but didn't rush my services. I bounced ideas off my nail technician but decided to just settle on something simple and neat. The place was clean and inviting. They had a good amount of options for nail color. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two ladies who did my nails because I would love to go back and have them again. Really impressed on how it came out and also gave me a great massage with hot stone. I also love the jelly pedicure. Christina was my designated pedicurist. The water turns into like a jelly consistency. It comes with everything from hot stone massage, paraffin for your feet, mask on your legs with cucumber slices, removal of callus and hot towels. Pretty cool. The Vietnamese coffee was delicious. As soon as you come in, Von does the greeting and the making of the coffee. All of it was a great experience. Cycy, Von and Christina made it very welcoming as well.
