Apparently they forgot to bill me when I picked up the glasses yesterday, left me a voicemail saying sorry I missed you and asked me to call back. No mention of charging an overage to my card... what if I wanted to use another card or had questions? Very unprofessional. Customer service is very important and this was very disappointing. There were errors in my prescription that weren't caught until I tried to order contacts and when I called to resolve it, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of taking ownership of what was clearly their mistake, they made the situation harder than it needed to be. On top of that, the receptionist I spoke with was rude and lacked any real sense of customer care. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and left me without contacts for many days. There are plenty of other eye doctors out there who are more detail-oriented and treat patients with basic respect. Thus, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

They said they would send it, but I never received it. I eventually had to stop by the office to pick up a copy in person. The copy they provided was still unsigned.
