He's not only friendly but makes an effort to learn his customers through and through to make their stop fast, productive, and positive. He knows exactly what I want when I come in even if I don't. He knows what I like and what I don't like, what's out of my budget and what is. His attention to detail and loyalty are commendable. Not only is he highly experienced in customer satisfaction, but he is the reason this place is so clean and organized. A few months back he must have gone on vacation and the business hired a young kid to run the shop in his place. The shop was a MESS. The products were thrown onto the shelves with little effort and care, the layout of the products made no sense, and the counters were sticky and coated with dust -- not to mention, the kid running the place was a total prick. I actually stopped coming to the place because of it. But a few weeks later I walked by the shop and saw that Mr. Perfect was back - THANK GOD! I seriously won't go anywhere else. Yea they have a great selection, but really I go back for the service.

Then they have you try the vape in the store so you can't come back to return it. That's their "policy". I tried returning mine and the worker got mad saying I was watching too much Tiktok, that tiktok has been making everyone trying to return. Then he says I'm the first one ever to try return. Starts yelling at me. The picture is where the QR code takes you - "e1fbar.com".... Not elfbar. Ridiculous scam store selling counterfeits and refusing to accept returns.
